They are supposed to clean the pool when necessary. My pool is green but I guess that's not considered necessary. My navigator has not worked since last week, but he didn't even get close to it to be able to see if it was working. If he spent 10.minutes in my property, I think I'm being generous. I live over 30 minutes from the property and would have appreciated more notice to plan accordingly. We had a 2 PM appointment scheduled the following day. I took time off work and drove to the property to make sure everything was ready. I sent multiple text updates throughout the day showing the pool's progress, but received no response. When I finally called at 3 PM, I was abruptly told the appointment was canceled because he was "too far away." This is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Communication: 0/10.
