I had dealt with 2 other businesses for the last few years. One of which I had services since 1989 until 2021. The other was only with us for a year. They did not provide nowhere near what AE Pools was able to do in just a few visits. AE has been coming for only one month and got rid of my aggressive algae problems in just a few visits. So this review is not so much on the work, but rather on the quality and integrity of the individual. I reached out because I wanted to have my pool checked to ensure that it was properly balanced. Emilio responded very quickly and was here the next day. He was extremely professional and went through all the test with me and explained what he was doing and what the results meant. by the end, he let me know that although the chlorine might be a bit high, everything was perfect and that he would not recommend changing Pool provider. Was taking it back by his honesty, his integrity and he's just overall pleasant and professional demeanor. It was impressive and truly refreshing to see somebody be so honest and not hungry for business to make things up or just lie to take business from somebody else. He almost had a pay it forward mentality said that he didn't want to take business for somebody who is doing a good job, but hopefully if I ever needed somebody in the future, I would consider him. And let me tell you, if I ever change providers, this will be the first place I call and this will be the first place I refer it was just so refreshing to see integrity and honesty in a small business owner in Miami. What a breath of fresh air and just wow so if you're looking for a pool provider who has integrity, then look no further. Emilio came over, took a look at the pool and equipment and gave us a very reasonable quote. He got right to work and was able to quickly get rid of the algae stains and get the chemicals balanced. AE Pool Service did an excellent job installing a pool heating system for us in record time! Our kids and grandkids were coming from the north for the holidays and I was reminded by them how much it would help to have the pool heated. Despite my last minute inquiry, Emilio worked within my time frame, provided a more-than-fair quote and had the system installed within a few days! He followed up, solved a problem that arose (needed a fan replacement from Gulf Stream, makers of the heater - also great), and called to make sure everything went ok. Everyone involved was super professional and my pool is warm now in the winter!
