We must have gone through 3-4 different unreliable pool companies before being lucky enough to find SoFlo Pools. Here's what is our condominium building loves about SoFlo Pools! 1. They have a super cool report system that emails a picture and chemical report each time they service the pool so that you know it's safe for swimming. 2. Affordable. We were with them for two years, prior to receiving a modest fee increase. 3. Similar to another reviewer, we had a non-functioning hot tub / spa. SoFlo Pools was the only company to work with us to repair the system. It was complicated, and they figured it out, and installed a new control system. 4. Customer service responds quickly via phone or email. And on more than one occasion, one of the company owners has assisted us in problem solving.

My pool turned green after waiting three weeks before choosing another company to come out. They could have at least sent a letter out to customers notifying them of any recent changes or disruption of future service as noted here on Yelp (closed temporarily til Sept 2021).
