This was up until mid February when my weekly pool service suddenly stopped (NOT for lack of payment) and I was never given a reason why. I called, messaged, texted and NEVER once did I receive a response from their founder. I found that to be very unprofessional after so many years of service. I was very disappointed. We're really not knowledgeable on pool parts etc., so we asked a lot of questions. They were very patient, and were supportive when we mentioned taking their estimate elsewhere to see if it was standard. Their estimate was totally fair, and I appreciated that they weren't pushy and didn't try to rush us into a decision. The service was excellent, as usual. Glad to have found a reliable company for my parents. One less thing to worry about! One other note - there is a company with a very similar name that also works in the area called Dadeland Pool Plus. I think they're more of a pool supply company? I don't know, but I inadvertently called them a few times when trying to reach Dadeland Pool. It was def a little confusing before I realized what was going on.
