When I called at 4 PM on Saturday asking if the guy was still showing up I was informed by the manager, Robert, that they don't have service technicians on Saturdays. Well, this became a major problem because I was off all week and apparently the guy was supposed to come on Friday but no one did and I was home all day. No one bothered to call or inform me that they were not showing up. I can't take time off of work and was really hoping to get this done on my week off. This is caused a major problem for me as I am going to be stuck with this issue for some time. I didn't feel the manager was very professional when he said that I made a typo. That made me absolutely livid and I had to remind him. That customers are always right and that maybe his employee made a mistake. The whole experience felt very unprofessional for me.

This is an above and beyond offer and I felt that I needed to let everyone know. We must have gone through 3-4 different unreliable pool companies before being lucky enough to find SoFlo Pools. Here's what is our condominium building loves about SoFlo Pools! 1. They have a super cool report system that emails a picture and chemical report each time they service the pool so that you know it's safe for swimming. 2. Affordable. We were with them for two years, prior to receiving a modest fee increase. 3. Similar to another reviewer, we had a non-functioning hot tub / spa. SoFlo Pools was the only company to work with us to repair the system. It was complicated, and they figured it out, and installed a new control system. 4. Customer service responds quickly via phone or email. And on more than one occasion, one of the company owners has assisted us in problem solving.
