They are supposed to clean the pool when necessary. My pool is green but I guess that's not considered necessary. My navigator has not worked since last week, but he didn't even get close to it to be able to see if it was working. If he spent 10.minutes in my property, I think I'm being generous. Which in my humble opinion is a fair reason having sat in traffic going only 25 miles that can take over an hour plus depending on the time of day, accidents, and weather. So I took that review off. But then Chris sent me another message saying thank you and even offered to review quotes for me so I would not be taken advantage of. This is an above and beyond offer and I felt that I needed to let everyone know.
