Overall, I would highly recommend Swimming Pools of Florida. They're competitively priced, offer a…read morequality product, and the customer service experience was top notch. We sourced two other quotes from larger pool companies, and the comparable quotes were all within $2,000 of each other. We chose Swimming Pools of Florida because Javier, the owner, was our main point of contact. His experience and patience allowed us to build exactly what we wanted, and within our budget. We ran into several issues that Javier helped resolve. One major issue was access to our backyard was very tight, and if we couldn't dig with a larger excavator it would have cost thousands more. The other pool companies would not work with us if we couldn't get access from the neighbor's yard. Javier called my neighbor, explained the process, timeline, and assured him that everything on his property would look like it did before. The timing from contract to swimming was longer than we expected, but most of that due to permitting. Two years later, we are totally happy with the pool. The office staff at SPoFL is also very professional and responsive. I recently had the LED screen on my pool heater go out. They immediately addressed the issue, contacting the manufacturer for a work order and replaced the part under warranty for free within a couple days. Knowing that Javier has a lot of industry contacts, I also reached out to get a referral for a reputable company to replace my septic tank. Two years later, I left him a voicemail and he called me back immediately. I'm now under contract with that company. From my experience working with contractors in South Florida, Swimming Pools of Florida was a pleasure to work with.

My board members and I met with Jorge on three separate occasions as we refined our specifications as we worked through a bidding process. He was patient and took the time to describe what our options were. He came in significantly below the competing bids, and even came in less expensive than a vendor who offered a concrete deck with an imprinted stone pattern. After A&A Pools & Patios was awarded the bid, he started within a week and the job was completed in five days. The quality of the travertine tiles, the non-skid sealer, and underlying materials used were top quality. The job came out much better than most of us expected. Our residents were really pleased with Jorge's professionalism and his commitment to the project. He was on time, dedicated to doing everything right, and really went above and beyond to make sure we are happy. I highly recommend this company. Thank you, Jorge.
