I got locked out while on vacation in Key Largo and looked up on Google for a locksmith. Called here and the locksmith quoted me cost and said he would be there in 30min. He was. He wore a mask, was extremely friendly and took 5 seconds to open my car door. He even recommended I check with car insurance for them to reimburse me cost. Jorge saved me when I was in a bad situation and is the first locksmith you need to call if you have a need. I flipped my kayak in the ocean losing both my cell phone and my car keys. I was stranded 1,000 miles from home and had no clue how this saga was going to end. I was able to borrow a phone and called a half dozen locksmiths. Jorge was the only one that genuinely cared about my situation. He went out of his way to make sure I got the help I needed as quickly as I could get it, empathizing with the predicament I was in, including referring me to another locksmith that already had the key fob in stock that I needed so that I would not have to wait until the next day or so when he would receive the part in the mail. Yup, Jorge took money out of his pocket that I would have paid him, to help me get out of my predicament even faster. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Absolutely poor service. I was locked out of my car yesterday at 1:00PM, their website showed they were open until 10:00pm. I called them at least 4 times and it went straight to voicemail. I desperately left messages and my callback number. NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. My keys were stolen so the police were with me as well. They even drove to the business and no response either. They are 1 of 2 locksmiths in the FL Keys and none of them were available. This shows that not only are they unreliable, the keys folks just don't care. They pretend to offer service. Do all possible to never need a locksmith in the Keys. And if you do, Call 3 Guys from Homestead. They were the only folks in a 40 mile radius that responded to a person in need. read more

We were in Key Largo on vacation and I lost the auto keys in the ocean. We were frantic and contacted George to help us. It was going to be $300 for him to come and make a key and program the auto. After about an hour I was thinking there must be a problem. When I asked George he said he needed to go get another key because something was wrong and he wanted us to pay him the $300 and he would come back and finish with a new key. When we said we didn't feel comfortable paying him $300 until he finished he got angry and starting YELLING at us and said never mind he wasn't going to do it and STORMED off. We tried to talk to him but he was just not listening. I think he could just not get the auto programmed and he didn't want to tell us. Anyway, BEWARE. He was great in the beginning and very willing to help until he couldn't get it done. read more

We called looking for smart sense keypad locks for our condo doors. Estimated cost around 500. or so. I mentioned that the doors were going to be replaced as we were still undergoing reconstruction from the hurricane. He advised me to wait, and see what kind of door they put in, if they put in a hurricane door then the type of lock I wanted wouldn't work and I would be out the money I just spent for the lock. It was refreshing working with a business that was honest, upfront, reliable, and I will recommend them to anyone needing locksmith services. Got a call from my fiance telling me she was stuck inside the condo and the door wouldn't open. I left work around 7:30pm and sat outside trying to get the door unstuck.
