I was fully expecting to have at least a few weeks delay and a 20% overspend as in every other project in my life. They were also extremely responsive, friendly and professional. Mr. Marino himself even came by several times to ensure that we were taken care of. In addition to the quality of the work, they really understood that as a childcare center we needed to ensure the safety of the children while the work was being done and thereafter. They even assisted us in brainstorming the best way to make updates and improve security. Prior to calling Marino (because we didn't know they took on smaller projects) we called many other companies in Key West and either didn't get a call back, the person never showed up to see the scope of work, or they gave us a quote and never showed up to do the work.
