Waste of money. Absolute waste money…read more I have FIVE HANDBAGS that were on life support. I finally decided to do something about them and I contacted Luxury Bags & Leather Repair. I left a message and I got a text response and went on to have a text conversation about what I needed. I sent photos of the bags and then I was called to further discuss what I was looking for. I wanted restoration and cleaning. I wanted my bags to look new adjacent. The man I spoke to on the phone was very nice and quoted me for each bag. I then brought them into him, however, I was greeted by some random person who took my bags and gave me a slip of paper. When I left the building, I had convinced myself that I'd probably never see my bags again! I was told to call the number on the slip of paper that was given to me on Saturday and when I did, no one picked up. I tried the following day. About 2/3 weeks went by and I texted the number that I was originally in contact with and I got a response, and then finally I got in contact with someone over the phone who told me when my bags would be ready. I went to pick them up and everything just felt so sketchy. My bags were given to me in individual shopping bags and then the person who gave them to me just sort of disappeared. I briefly looked them over but clearly not good enough because now back at home, really looking at them, I'm very disappointed and I feel like I wasted so much money for nothing. My bags may have been "restored and cleaned" to a degree, but they still look terrible, and the leather looks sad. I almost want to just throw the bags away at this point. Super bummed about my experience here. So much so that I warn all of you to proceed with caution.

When I brought this to their attention, their response was not just dismissive -- it was downright condescending. They told me the return "shouldn't have been necessary" and claimed I "chose to proceed" with the order despite the error -- which is flat-out false. I placed the order first, noticed the issue later, and asked them to clarify. Instead of taking accountability for the design flaw, they shifted blame to the manufacturer and implied the problem was somehow my fault for noticing too late. Even after I returned the item (which they accepted), they refused to issue a full refund -- withholding shipping costs and trying to charge a restocking fee for a product that was defective from the start. Their attitude throughout was arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional -- treating a valid customer concern like an inconvenience. I've since filed a BBB complaint and a dispute with Affirm. If you value honesty, fair policies, or even basic customer service, do not shop at Wish ATL. The product was wrong, the tone was rude, and the experience was exhausting.
