I found this oasis on a rainy day and the only spot where I could sit down and watch my Knicks win their first playoff game in years. I loved everything about the spot, the bartender was a cool ass dude too. The patrons caught on to my enthusiasm for the game and drinks kept pouring out. We're not made of paper and knicks took the game. Love this place and will return.

boy ! I love Horse meat and This establishmnt is no exception to my "Horse" (House) rules,! I met my ex wiffe here and she broke my heart here , but I haven't soured on the lord and the magic that the lord has seeded in the earth Around Me . the cock tails are expensive and the music is bad , and Daddy's was a better place to tie Your Horse outside , but orherwise a good place to relex your mind from. Marital issues and dark temptations !

Bartenders you can actually relate with and pickle back shots that come with the option of spicy.. what the fuck else do you really need? I planned my boyfriends surprise birthday party here. He was surprised. They went ahead and actually put up his name behind the bar and I thought that was the cutest thing because I didn't even ask for it. This is more of a standing room styled bar with stools and ledges. They have these gigantic windows at the front of the bar so you can get lit and people watch if that's what you're into...or enjoy a cool breeze I guess. For you white claw drinkers...they have that. For the drinkers who gets the munchies, they serve a variety of grilled cheeses which they toast on a panini press right in front of you. The grilled cheeses are served up with sliced pickles and a bag of kettle cooked chips. They have a popcorn maker and they serve hot pretzels. I adore Mike,Jordan,Ryan even Brad who guess what has a pretty awesome podcast...like wait what? I learned this recently and it blew my mind. (He's like actually cool outside of the bar...it's not just an act i mean until he starts rapping when it's like ok Brad shut up...I'm kidding he's cute) --his podcasts called G-splash it's a pop culture podcast that makes my cubicle work life bearable. If the bartenders are not entertaining enough for you they have this gigantic connect 4 game,Jenga a shuffle board and BURGER TIME!!! The summary of this review is this place is pretty chill and you should check it kh

Excellent spot for drinks anytime! Great for watching sports also. They do have a large selection of whiskey but they were missing my personal favorite woodford reserve. It is hard to find so the bar keeper gave a good recommendation for a substitute. They also have a sandwich press, which their grilled cheeses are amazing (4 cheese). My lady likes their Philly cheesesteak sandwiches also. We're are quite lucky to have this place so close to us & with such nice people working in a homey atmosphere.

Have never been for…read moredinner so can only speak for the lunch vibe, but I have found the service to be great and the lighting is nice because there are floor to ceiling windows. The menu is pretty diverse with various appetizers, sushi, and also ramen/curry so your standard izakaya fare. One of my favorite dishes here has been the chirashi. The fish was very fresh and it's pretty affordable. I've only ever been here in groups of two and I probably would recommend it for smaller groups because the space itself is small and most of the tables are two-seaters if I recall correctly.

It's been open for a few years, so clearly it has a good enough formula to keep the neighborhood happy. I have been here once before, but returned last week after dining several meals at Tomoni in Jackson Heights. Apparently, the owners are friends. Nonetheless, I needed to make the comparison. After my first few bites of their Tora Don and Chirashi Don, it was clear that this restaurant has the better quality seafood. Each slice of sashimi had vibrant colors, clean taste, and the proper texture. Tomoni is not bad, but fall slightly short of this caliber. With that said, there is an even farther gap between their rice quality. Though Tora is very good, Tomoni produces nearly perfect texture and acidity for my taste buds. Other than the best omakase restaurants in NYC, Tomoni shines as one of the best versions of sushi rice in the five boroughs. Service is good and space is cute. If I have a craving for some decent Japanese food, I would drive 20 minutes here for a meal anytime.
