Gerardo and his team were awesome! Had them do plenty of cement jobs in both my front and backyard. Gerardo did above and beyond with helping me out. Prior to starting, he spent time working with me to offer design suggestions and even sent over detailed plans to assure full alignment on project outcome expectations. When team executed job, they were lightning fast, finished entire job in 2 days! His workers were super professional, friendly, and very clean! Gerardo even added free cement coloring in one of our project areas day of execution given it would make project better combine with broader cement enhancements. Overall, very impressed with job and service! Already planning my next project with him next year. Thanks again Gerardo!

You guys never water my driveway . I did everyday for a week. You show up the next day and collect the check. And you also told me not to worry about the cracks and you would take care of it . None of you guys water it at all.

On 12/12/24 Toledo Construction's (TC) guys came back out and put support beams in the crawlspace to seemingly make the floor level and to fix the cracked grout issue. They did re-grout the floor, but surprise surprise, the grout started cracking again in the same areas a week later. Needless to say, we won't be reaching out to Gerardo because we literally can't deal with the junk work from this junk company. Please note that prior to the bathroom renovation, I made it very clear to Gerardo that there was an issue with the flooring and that it wasn't level. He included an estimate in the contract I. case it was needed, but then said the floor was fine. Since he was juggling our job and others, and unable to rely on his workers due diligence the grout started to crack. It wasn't until the 3rd week that he finally realized the floor needed extra support beams in the crawl space. Had he listened to me and paid attention he would have realized this earlier. Sadly, in the end, none of this mattered. In response to Gerardo asking me to post pictures of after they "fixed" some of the issues, well you would hope that everything was resolved and that I wouldn't need to. The point of this post is to show the continual problems and headache this "company" is to deal with. The towel rack was never properly installed until I did it myself. Why would I have to do this work when I already paid for it to be done by TC? BTW, he said everything would be perfect and that I wouldn't need to clean or do anything once they were done. That was a lie. Also, when we signed the contract, we paid for the proper installation of everything. We didn't sign a contract for "first time installation attempt." Lol What a joke. Why would we need to pay extra for his workers lack of skills. That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. How about hiring people with experience, doing the job right, and the first time. People, please don't think twice about using this company. I swear I'm saving you so much grief, time and money.

Toledo Construction led by Geraldo/Jerry did a great job paving my patio area. They also did an extension to my driving that was excellent as well. The quality of work and customer service is outstanding. The cost of the work is very reasonable as well. I highly recommend them.

We were in need of a bathroom remodel to change our second bathroom tub/shower to a walk-in shower. I am thorough when it comes to getting proposals for any work that I have done so I got 7 proposals for this project. Toledo Construction was the low bid and they had good reviews, so we decided to hire them. Gerardo was very professional and pleasant and friendly. It took a while for us to schedule a start date that would work with both of our schedules,but once they got started, things moved along very quickly. His crew came in and were very respectful and worked very efficiently and had the tub out and walls stripped and prepared the area to move forward with the tile work on the first day. Within two weeks we now have a beautiful walk in shower with grab bars for safety and new exhaust fan/light. Thank you Gerardo and crew for the fine job.

We contracted Toledo Construction to fill in an empty section of pavers in our patio area and assemble a Yardistry gazebo structure. In addition, they performed electrical work and installed direct lines to a fan, heaters, and additional outlets to the gazebo structure. They were professional, timely, and worked with us to develop the concept within our budget. We are very happy with the outcome! We would absolutely recommend Gerardo and his crew for your next outdoor project.

Contacted a few contractors after a poor concrete experience on a previous job. Jerry was very responsive and patient at answering all my questions before any contract was signed. Him and his team was able to complete this job in a pretty quick turnaround. He helped turn our dirt backyard to a usable space for me and my family. Great communication throughout the whole process. We are very happy how this project worked out and we look forward to working Jerry and his team on future projects.
