Sure, Hulu's work may be sound, but we will not be working with this company as there are better options out there if communication and service are important to you.

Steve is a really nice guy--he is genuine, knowledgeable, honest, and he had an understanding that the work he is doing is a significant financial investment for us and so concerns are handled compassionately, with utmost patience. Due to the difficulty and risk involved for excavation, it was hard to find a contractor to take on the job but from my initial consult with Victor, him and his team noted their experience with these scenarios and he was confident they can do it in less than a day. On excavation day they brought the necessary equipment and tools and were very cautious about the gas pipe. They ended up finishing the job in less than a half day! To follow up, we realized we needed more excavation at the apron of the driveway and Victor again came to the rescue and excavated that for us a week later. I sincerely appreciate the time efficiency and skill that Victor and his team have in getting our excavation needs completed. They installed artificial turf as well. Ground lighting in the turf, and recessed lighting in our pergola ceiling completed the project. They also brainstormed with us on a couple problem areas like poor drainage under a downspout, and moving a water faucet to a better location. I think the thing I appreciated about them the most was the communication from Michael. He let us know when the crew would be out and visited our yard frequently while the job was underway. His quote was accurate, and I was VERY happy not to get change ordered to death. And Cesar - his lead for this project - was BRILLIANT! He seemed to know everything and gave great advice and ideas. Great design and installation of tasteful spotlights, mushroom lights, and some custom lights in the paver patterns. The Black Diamond team workers were fast, clean, organized, courteous, and their craftsmanship was excellent and the finished front of the house was a very custom and professional job. For my initial consultation appointment, I was set up with their awesome employee Mike Carson. Mike was the best to work with, as he was a very professional individual, who seemed quite knowledgeable about the products, and services that Den Defenders offered. Mike helped me find the perfect solution for my home, and family's needs, as we needed a door that would allow more airflow into Our home for the hot summers, while keeping out insects, and also being very secure, so that we can sleep without worry of any intruders entering our home. Mike recommended the Viewguard security door, as it appeared to meet all of my family's needs. After Mike educated us on the door, its quality, and its features, We were sold, so we ordered one, and set up an appointment for the install date. When it was install day, My family was very excited, because when we first seen the door, it looked like a very high-quality, and sturdy unit. BDC Landscape did an incredible job on my backyard! My house was a new build and the backyard was…read morenothing but dirt and weeds when my family moved in. BDC Landscape came out and responded to my inquiry very quickly and were able to provide an estimate within 1 day. We did not have a design in place, however, the team was able to put together a simple, yet effective design of what my wife and I had envisioned. What was once just dirt, soon became a beautiful mix of pavers, artificial grass, lighting and retaining wall.  The team worked quickly and efficiently and made sure to go over every detail to ensure it was to our liking. Andy was very knowledgeable and made sure our plan came to life. We now have a large paver area and concrete pad which fit our firepit and backyard furniture.
