    Is there inside seating?

Thank you for contacting us. We are a pickup and delivery(UberEats, DoorDash etc) restaurant. However, there are a few tables and benches available outside the food hall for seating.

First of all, they had a kid's meal, which is always a plus. We started with the Ika Geso Age (deep fried squid tentacles) which were a hit with everyone at the table. I ordered the plain ramen for my child, and they enjoyed the noodles once we put some on a plate and cut them up. My husband and I opted for the Kuro Fuku which we customized in our own ways. It was absolutely delicious, and we finished the entire bowl. I can't remember what my aunt had, yet she thoroughly enjoyed her meal. For dessert, we had the Chocolate Lava Cake which was so yummy! I'm not sure what type of syrup was on the ice cream, yet paired with the mini bundt chocolate cake that had a melted surprise in the middle, it was the perfect way to end the meal. The service was great and exactly what we'd expect from a restaurant focused on East Asian food. The atmosphere was nice, the seating was mindfully spaced for small parties of 2-4 people, and the wooden vertical slats on the windows to block the sun was a functionally, yet aesthetically beautiful choice with the Japanese restaurant. I definitely recommend visiting for a meal and bringing a friend or two.

The fries were amazing and had a generous portion of crab meat. The ton katsu platter was also great, the pork katsu was crisp and delicious but the show stealer was definitely the Japanese curry. It was so flavorful and perfectly seasoned but the potatoes were a bit undercooked and hard. I also ordered a Draft Sapporo which was unfortunately flat with little to no carbonation.

I was iffy because I've tried curry a couple times before and didn't like it because it has a slight sweetness, but I prefer savory and spicy. The girl at the front was so kind, helpful, and honest with my questions. She told me the Chicken Katsu Curry may have a sweetness, but not a super strong one. So I decided to go with it and make it spice level medium so give me what I like and balance the possible sweetness. I chose everything else on my own, but she did comment that the shrimp tempura was really good and she was not lying!! They put some kind of topping on it and it's amazing. For everything I ordered, it was $36. In my opinion, the pricing was incredible. And I drove all the way from here to my home on the northeast side to eat and everything was still hot and crunchy! So I'm thinking it was made fresh. They put my curry on the side so I could add it myself which was smart thinking! They obviously have a great team. Informative, small wait time after I ordered, beautiful inside, but especially a CLEAN inside. I'm not on this side of town often, but when I am... trust; I will be back. Thank you all so so much! Perfection!

They change up the vinyls a couple times when we dined but they usually play the whole album. The food is more elevated than expected. The lobster was interesting because it came with this potato soup mash we never had before but it was pretty tasty. Lobster tail was cooked well but it was around $30+ and wasn't satisfying for a main entree. The Wagyu skewer was okay. We expected a fattier cut of meat but it tasted like normal steak to me. The sashimi bowl was good! Every piece of fish was fresh and unique. I really enjoyed it and it was a good portion size for a main entree compared to the lobster. The calamari is definitely a must try! We loved it and probably the best calamari we've had. Overall, we enjoyed the ambiance and service was great. But the menu is definitely a lot more elevated and for people with more "exquisite" tastes.

We didn't realize this place was a cousin of Shiro and owned by the same guy until we saw some similarities in their style, layout and menu but nevertheless, the food was still absolutely amazing. Even though the ambiance had some similarities, I'm glad their food options were distinguished because otherwise could have just gone downtown. You cannot go wrong with any of their food options. Highly recommend doing family style so you can get a taste of everything and all the different flavors. We started with the gyoza and calamari which were to die for and were not greasy at all. Pork ssam, wagyu, miso pasta and octopus all brought a little bit of their own element and flare to your palate that it's hard to describe unless you try it. Wagyu was just melt in your mouth delicious. Pork ssam and octopus had their crunchy texture and umami flavors. The miso pasta added a light refreshing touch to balance everything out but don't let it fool ya, the noodles will expand in your stomach. We topped it off with their yuzu cake. Our only disappointment was they were out of their other desserts but nevertheless everyone of us left full and happy. Would come here again.

Definitely had me and a few other patrons signing along. I was able to read my book and eat with no pressure which was nice. The waiter checked in on me every now and then - enough time that I didn't feel forgotten or rushed. I ordered the Kani salad w/o sesame seeds and tofu tonkatsu ramen. Since this was my first time I wanted to go simple. Everything was really good with no additions. Kani salad - slightly spicy (used siracha) but very good! I enjoyed it and would order it again Tofu tonkatsu ramen - the portion size is decent, definitely would make the hungriest person satisfied. The tofu is soft and so yummy with the flavorful broth.
