Shaddy company, nutrition facts are totally off, please see my review.
Joonhee S.

Since I recently got into body building I started to watch my macros protein, carbs, and fats. So while at Jerry's fruit market in Niles I noticed this bread from Today's Temptation. When I looked at the label I was like no freak-in way, but looking at the ingredients list its very miss leading. 1. First this company was issued a warning letter from the FDA after some research. If you google "today's temptation FDA" you will clearly see that this company reports inaccurate nutrition facts. 2. The serving size is 28 grams, so just looking at the bread and judging from my experience that's like almost 1/3 to 1/4 of a slice of bread (for the end portions) and about 1/4 to 1/5 of a slice of bread if you grab a piece in the middle. So you need to multiply all the nutrition facts by like 4 at least for get an accurate picture per slice. 3. their labels are blurry on purpose, you can't really read how many carbs there are but it looks like an 8g. Again when a standard slice of 12 grain bread has 22g of carbs and for this bread to have 8g, i'm sure its bullshit.

I love the flavor of the lo carb, high fiber, and toasts perfectly. I'm trying to find out if it contains any bioengineered ingredients.

I buy their baguettes from Stanley's. Crusty on the outside, soft and delicious on the inside. I highly recommend!

A small and unassuming strip mall spot with a lovely calming atmosphere. The front was under construction on this day, but they were thankfully open all the same. The girl at the counter was busy helping customers which was a perfect chance to peruse the options. Lots of range here, which I love. Little one bite treats, cookies and pastries, full cakes and slices too! I spotted an un-marked tray of cookies that looked nice, turns out they were soft ginger cookies with jam filling. Raspberry or apricot, and baked in different shapes so you know what's what. Clever... and delicious. The edges were definitely a bit dry but once I hit the jam it was perfect! I also grabbed a triple chocolate mini dome for later. That was quite good as well. Not too sweet, but velvety and flavorful. What's the next holiday I can use as an excuse to get a full cake? I'd definitely come back for a snack too!

Small-local- not a chain- go support!!! For the pros: Great…read moreservice overall. The Black Forest cake was delicious and beautiful and they did an excellent job. Donuts, apple fritters, and eclairs were very tasty. The custards were yummy. Cons: Place was dead, not one customer to be found on a Saturday morning at 7:30am. Stop going to the chain coffee joints and try a small place that needs us. I preordered a little leas than $100 worth of cakes, pies, and pastries so I grabbed some of the cookies to make it $100. The butter cookies are $33 a lb. Ouch! As soon as you take a bite they fall apart and crumble everywhere. The kids didn't like the taste and didn't eat any of them, a waste of $12. No prices anywhere other than the boxed goods or coffee signs. 4% fee for using a credit card which I get, but have it posted better. Couple small signs I caught over by the fresh stuff saying price tags reflect cash price, but yet didn't see prices anywhere other than on shelves by boxed stuff. Have prices posted. French silk pie was very thick and not very chocolaty. No one really cared for it, def would not get again. I looked back at receipt after I left and see a random charge for "open retail" for $3.12, no clue what that is. So was over charged for something I didn't get.
