The service was done very poorly and her nails were injured during the pedicure. Even today, May 9, the area is still swollen and has not healed. We are not the type of people who like to cause problems, and we tried to handle the situation respectfully, but what is truly upsetting is that we have reached out to the salon and have received no response, no concern, no solution, and no refund. It is unacceptable to spend money on a service that ended up affecting my mother's health while the business takes no responsibility at all. I would absolutely not recommend getting a pedicure with Susan. Hygiene, proper care, and customer service should be a priority, especially when a client ends up injured after a service.

The first time I came here a pregnant young lady did my mani pedi and it was a good job. Of course she had her baby and I came back and tried another technician. The young lady was not interacting. Very mediocre pedicure at best. I went home and had to finish removing the dead skin off the bottom of my heels. Within 2 days my gel nail polish on my fingers was peeling and all but 3 of my nails were lifting from the back in less than a week. I should have known because it was close to closing that they were rushing me. I got home and had tons of acrylic on my fingers & under my nails too. Also know that it is cash tip only, you cannot tip on a debit or credit card. The place has a lot of options for polish colors and newer equipment but this was just a bad experience and I will not be back.

To make it up to me, my husband offered to send me to get a pedi. I finally got to go today (3 weeks later) and decided to try the salon that I've driven by every day for 3 years. I'm so happy I did. I got a basic white polish because it's one of my favorite looks for a pedi. The gentleman doing my pedicure was amazing. The shop was quiet for a Saturday but I'm very okay with that. He had great attention to detail and a very steady hand. Not to mention he gave a 5 start leg and foot massage -it feels like all my stress left my body! The basic pedicure was accompanied by a hot stone massage and the usual hot towel (both at the perfect temperatures, which i appreciate because other salons have burned me). Their prices are also extremely reasonable, considering the rising cost of everything today I was pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately my husband doesn't realize the Pandora's box he just opened lol. I can walk here from home! I'll definitely be back
