I actually hesitated to try a pedicure because I have gone to my normal nail place religiously for years and have been happy but Ratha blew my nail salon out of the water. The attention to detail, the care and consideration of my comfort, and the absolute gorgeous job she did was more than I could have ever hoped. Not to mention, this is the softest my feet have ever felt in years. Like butter! She was also lovely to work with. My massage with Courtney was also incredible. Again, massages are nothing new to me, so I sort of go into each massage knowing what to expect but Courtney melted me. I never fall asleep during a massage (maybe once in my entire life) and I was out like a light at some point. She was so careful of the space on my shoulder I told her about the recent surgery on, but didn't ignore it and deprive me of any of the shoulder massage piece. She accommodated my still-drying toe nails from pedicure prior (I didn't have any choice about timing; I added the pedicure on at the last minute and they were happy to work around my request). All in all, I was happy with scheduling, the services, and felt that pricing was more than fair for the quality of the services received. His technique of rubbing quickly and repetitively shook my whole body and made me motion sick. After asking him twice to slow down and stop shaking my body, his "habit" persisted. I cut the session short after the first half hour because I was so shook up (literally). They couldn't even give me a quote that day! I will think about it. I called back a few weeks later, they said Grace was on vacation and she'd call me back to set up a consultation. She never did. Oh well, their loss not mine. While he was cutting my hair he constantly bragged about all the training he's had, Paul Mitchell school blah blah blah. Bored me to death. Then another customer came in and he left me! I was just sitting there waiting forever while he did her hair. To top it all off, he didn't even ask me if I liked my cut, if I wanted more taken off, etc. I think he might have cut off .0001 cm. I went for a real haircut somewhere else the next day. A few months later I came back for a facial. It was very short (barely 30 minutes) and nothing special. I'm definitely done with this place. Spend your money at a salon that appreciates it.

I wanted a mani pedicure so they started with my fingers clipped my nails I said that was good but he ended up clipping them so close to my skin there was no nails . At that point I just wanted a color change on my toes they filed them never cleaned it with an alcohol pad left them dusty . I was not thrilled for the price it ended up to 61. And change before tip . They were very busy I may try one more time . It was very clean and the massage was pretty intense. Give it a try but price kept changing. Thanks Christ M
