I haven't gotten my nails done in a long time however I had gone quite frequently in the past to an amazing nail technician and place. One - it's very cold in there. Not too pleasant when you're sitting there for nails, and wearing fairly warm shoes. Two - the "quick dry" spray doesn't dry. Not to put your coat on isn't an option in the winter in New England. Having a place to dry your nails needs to be in place or atleast communicating to your client just sit here for x more minutes then we can check them. And lastly a smooth looking nail is expected when you pay for nails. I do my nails all the time at home the only different is that smooth finish you hope to achieve by a nail technician. The simple nail art did come out beautiful. Honestly, the salon itself is a no for me altogether with a less than average experience. I don't recommend it. I can be more specific of other issues but I honestly don't like leaving these kinds of reviews. I think the salon owner needs to pay more attention to details while there are far too many nail salons to choose from that capitalize on one of these issues. Maybe it was a bad first experience but i won't be returning.

The staff always seems rushed just to get clients in and out quickly, which shows in the final result. For example, trying to remove your fingernail polish when getting a pedicure, how unrelaxing is that?! They also use a strange brush-on product to remove gel polish instead of foil and regular acetone, the process felt rushed and extremely harsh on my nails. The most disappointing experience was before my wedding. I had called in advance to schedule my appointment for my wedding nails, and when I arrived they even greeted me by saying, "You're the bride!" Unfortunately, just two days later, two of my gel nails chipped and another one chipped the day after that, which is unheard of for GEL! I ended up having to get them completely redone the day before my wedding, which was incredibly stressful and frustrating. Sadly, chipped gel nails had happened to me here once before this incident too, but I brushed it off at the time. Unfortunately, I gave them the benefit of the doubt when I shouldn't have. For the prices they charge, I expected much better quality and longer-lasting gel manicures. Sadly, this experience left me very disappointed, and I will not be returning and advising friends to not go here.

My daughter loves the designs they do however. My husband & I went together for pedis and I said never again they use a dremel instead of a file even on your toenails no cleaning in between customers, gross. The massages with the spa pedicures were lackluster and they charge $10 more dollars for mens pedicures. I told her I'd pay literally anywhere else for her manis because this place is not it.

The whole vibe in this place as well is just awkward and judgmental, like you're walking on glass around everybody. The nails took basically over two hours and most of the time was nail prep which did nothing but make my nails stay looking ugly. If you need your nails done, DO NOT COME HERE.
