He has been nothing but phenomenal. He has always taken his time with me and answered all of my questions during appointments. He's got a great bedside manner, as well. I will say the office, itself, in terms of their processes/organization is lacking. They are nice there, but I do typically have to bug them to get test results or answers to messages. But that's all worth having such a great neurologist.

He was very unprofessional with his responses. He never offered to go over my results, what he told me was I gave him one word answers to questions. He want further to say to me I didn't make eye contact with him. He made me feel very uncomfortable during my examination. He printed off a form and handed it over without any explanation. For the company NewSound Hearing Center to have such an examiner on staff it shows poor. Jarrod behavior towards me was unprofessional, unnecessary and very racist. If you are a Black man needing a hearing test please don't go to NewSound Hearing Center at the katy location to have it done. Dr. Crystal Wiggins really goes the extra mile to understand your needs and find the best solution. She was very thorough in her exam and it didn't take long for me to feel complete confidence in her assessments. I honestly did not know what to expect when I picked Memorial Hearing. In my research, I decided Widex hearing aids would suit my needs and Memorial Hearing was listed on Widex's website as a dealer. She never examined me. 7/20/26 Appointment time was 1:20. Entered exam room at 1:20. 2:20 I step out of the room asking if Dr Wani was there, was there an emergency, when could I expect to see the doctor. No one responds and there are 3 people sitting at desks. 2:20 Dr Wani arrives. When I questioned him about the lateness he shrugged his shoulders said he was running late and at the ER. I asked why I was not informed when I asked his staff. He just shrugged his shoulders. During the exam of which he put a tube in my left ear. He makes the comment I might need a sinuplasty. I have already had one he performed. Then there were questions about had I had tubes before , how many times? All this information is in my chart. He came in to see me with no information, no computer, just himself! My confidence into receiving quality caring health care from a patient centered clinic is gone from Texas ENT. Asking about doing a sinuplasty which was done 1 1/2 years ago by Dr Wani really???
