I will say the office, itself, in terms of their processes/organization is lacking. They are nice there, but I do typically have to bug them to get test results or answers to messages. But that's all worth having such a great neurologist.

She was very thorough in her exam and it didn't take long for me to feel complete confidence in her assessments. I honestly did not know what to expect when I picked Memorial Hearing. In my research, I decided Widex hearing aids would suit my needs and Memorial Hearing was listed on Widex's website as a dealer. She never examined me. 7/20/26 Appointment time was 1:20. Entered exam room at 1:20. 2:20 I step out of the room asking if Dr Wani was there, was there an emergency, when could I expect to see the doctor. No one responds and there are 3 people sitting at desks. 2:20 Dr Wani arrives. When I questioned him about the lateness he shrugged his shoulders said he was running late and at the ER. I asked why I was not informed when I asked his staff. He just shrugged his shoulders. During the exam of which he put a tube in my left ear. He makes the comment I might need a sinuplasty. I have already had one he performed. Then there were questions about had I had tubes before , how many times? All this information is in my chart. He came in to see me with no information, no computer, just himself! My confidence into receiving quality caring health care from a patient centered clinic is gone from Texas ENT. Asking about doing a sinuplasty which was done 1 1/2 years ago by Dr Wani really???

Throughout the exam, he remained patient and friendly, providing thorough answers to all my questions. The building is easy to find with ample free parking. The office was spacious, clean, and check-in was a breeze. The wait to see Dr. Prichard was short. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing that wasn't stellar was his assistant/appointment setter. She wasn't friendly, other than that, I highly recommend Dr. Prichard if you're in the market for a knowledgeable ENT.
