She's phenomenal at what she does and has one of the best displays of bedside manners I've seen from a physician in a while. I love the fact that she is very thorough, takes the time with each of her patients (understandably justifying her often delay) and presents caution when recommending forward treatment plans. Knowing that she is a parent herself, I have nothing but confidence and faith in her abilities and expertise as a physician and will wholeheartedly continue to recommend her!

Ms. Denise, the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Actually, everyone from the front door, parking, medical assistants, and the doctor were all very pleasant! The procedure fast and effective! Hopefully, I don't have to come back, but in the event that I do, I won't have a problem coming here. There's valet for a flat rate of $10 or garage parking starting at $4 for the first hour and $1 more each hour. Lots of construction going on right now so arrive early to give yourself time.

Then, he LIED and said you can only have tinnitus all the time consistently and not from allergies or medications or respiratory problems. FOUR different doctors clearly said to me that you could. In the same ENT group, I saw Dr. Kim, who was timely and nice but NOT an improvement in being medically helpful. NEVER AGAIN for her or Vrabec. On a positive note, if you have a sinus issue, visit the department with the expertly skilled Dr. Takashima---superb!
