HORRIBLE. Does not listen. WASTE OF TIME. He is not up to date with any modern reasons and ways tinnitus can manifest. Very arrogant and antiqudated. He stated what he thought was my problem [totally not related to the actual issue] instead of trying to listen and find effective solutions. Then, he LIED and said you can only have tinnitus all the time consistently and not from allergies or medications or respiratory problems. FOUR different doctors clearly said to me that you could. He seemed idiotic by trying to showboat in front of resident students when he is simply old and not wise professionally. He is an assumptive person versus an objective physician. He will not offer any resolutions for hearing problems like others said in reviews. I saw him for 9 minutes after he was at least 30 minutes late to the appointment, and he did not apologize for the delay. Rude. Not a good ENT doctor in my opinion. In the same ENT group, I saw Dr. Kim, who was timely and nice but NOT an improvement in being medically helpful. NEVER AGAIN for her or Vrabec. all of these reviews on vrabec and his arrogance are en pointe. My wife came in darn near ready to delete herself because of tinnitus and he was unwilling to look at new research and methodologies. He had his mind up before coming in, and when she asked about the Lenire device- ( An actual FDA APPROVED, non invasive sound and nerve stim TREATMENT for tinnitus) He just refused to listen. He cut her off mid sentence and called her crazy. It's bimodal stimulation with a little clip on the tongue- he literally wagged his finger in her face as soon as she said "what about the Lenire? it's a Vagus nerve st ...." 'tsk tsk tsk"d at her to make her be quiet, like she was a dog, and said he wasn't going to start discussing brain surgery for something as silly as tinnitus. First of all, if my wife wants to discuss brain surgery to try and cope and it keeps her here, damn right we will discuss it- second of all, she wasn't asking for that had he just listened. Third, silly tinnitus eh? VRABEC, you have no idea. People give up because of tinnitus every day. How dare you invalidate us this way and suggest that she's weak or silly for not being able to cope. The doctor himself is a really good doctor but it's his office work that's the problem. My sister was scheduled to have surgery done on 09/06/23 went in and her blood pressure was high because she suffers from it. Talk to his nurse and all I kept getting was the run around and she got mad when I caught her in a lie. I was told to get in touch with her doctor taking care of her BP and get a letter from him saying it's okay for the surgery then said that until her BP was lower they refuse to help her. read more

I saw him twice- accidentally. It was a waste of time. He had his mind made up before we talked. The first time he told me not to worry. I am deaf in one ear. No nerve on the right side. He told me I could get an implant if what was bothering me caused my functioning ear was destroye. read more

This Neuro physician is useless and has an attitude. My wife had vestibular neuritis and needed therapy, except he didn't tell us this after diagnosis, our primary physician did (and the therapy worked). Vrabec did nothing except tell my wife that if she did not get better six months down the road, he could surgically destroy her vestibular nerve, which is a drastic last resort approach in such cases. On top of that, he had the nerve to say he had other patients and didn't have time to answer any questions about this. It's like, "you'll get five minutes tops and then I'm out of here." Go to anybody but this horrible excuse for a physician. read more
