Not only is Dr. Collaco personable and very attentive, but his staff is also kind and equally attentive. I've never had such a positive experience with any doctor I've been to, as most are in a rush to look at you and quickly move on to the next patient. Dr. Collaco, on the other hand, really takes the time to understand your condition and you get the feeling that he truly cares about his profession and his patients. I really look forward to my appointments here and I'm excited about my treatment so far. The wait room time is practically nonexistent, and the parking is good and directly in front of the facility. I 10/10 recommend this place.

She was very well spoken, very nice and I'm really glad that I was able to get someone who seemed like they enjoyed being in pediatrics. I will say the front desk she can be just a little bit more welcoming, but I know everybody don't have an inviting tone because I know I don't . However, I do highly recommend and I will be saving this so that I know where to go the next time that I have to take him to an urgent care

But in this case, I noticed the Nigerian name and thought this was not the case. Cynthia Obi was my attending physician. She was fantastic! While so many doctors are just legal drug pushers, she knowledgeable, thorough, attentive to detail, and gave a complete description of the problem that was easy to understand. She spoke of recent research (I've never had a doctor speak of that in 64 years) and gave me a plan of action to follow. My ER nurse wife was impressed. I give her 5 stars, and I almost never give 5 stars. She was truly amazing!

The front area is clean and welcoming, but it doesn't matter because I have literally never sat there for more than 5 minutes as they are always on schedule. Then you go back into an open office and have your teeth cleaned. They are very gentle and always informative. After a quick clean, and sometimes the X-rays, Dr. Chesson comes in, is always funny, and then checks everything out and you are quickly done! You go to the front and check-out/schedule the next appointment and you are on the way. Easy, professional, kind, and informative. I would recommend Chesson Dental to anyone! The best part is they are very honest about what you don't need, may like, or do need. I have not once had the hygienist or Dr. Chesson suggest suggest any additional services, and when I ask about concerns they are honest about what may or may not help (example: concerns about grinding teeth while sleeping and Dr. Chesson gave suggestions to try at home to determine if that is actually what is happening before attempting any additional services).

Let me start by saying, the receptionist is one of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with and talking to. She is absolutely pure Gold. She helps you set your appointments and she puts you at ease while waiting for the doctor. Whenever you call the office and you have a question or you need help, she is right there to answer your question. She is friendly and she doesn't make you feel like she doesn't care Raychel, who is the RN and Dr in charge of your appointments is absolutely one of the best I have ever seen. She takes the time to listen to every word you say and answer every question you have and does it make you feel stupid or like you're wasting her time. She works with you on getting you healthier and working on any issues that you might have They will always have appointment availability for you without you having to wait two or three weeks to see the doctor. Honestly, this doctors office and clinic, reminds me of a small town doctors office. They make you feel like your time is valuable and that you are worth their time. I highly recommend you going to this clinic and letting Raychel take care of you and help you get healthy and help you get the answers. You need to make yourself feel ease for whatever you have.

I have been a patient at this office for quite some time, and unfortunately, my experiences over…read morethe past year have become increasingly concerning. My concerns initially began last year when a front-desk staff member was rude and disrespectful toward my son. Since then, I have continued to experience what I consider to be unprofessional and disrespectful interactions with Ikra and the office manager, Samia. I understand that people may have different communication styles and cultural backgrounds; however, that should never come at the expense of treating patients and their families with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. I work hard for my money, and I am not comfortable continuing to spend it at a practice where I do not feel respected or valued as a patient. I have also had concerns regarding my interactions with Dr. Tootle. I have found her communication to be dismissive and unprofessional, and I have questioned whether certain services and charges are necessary or appropriate. At times, it has felt as though services are being added or billed to my insurance without sufficient explanation or consideration of whether they are actually necessary. Overall, my experiences have left me extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service, communication, and professionalism at this practice. Patients should feel respected, heard, and confident in the care they are receiving. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience, and I believe these concerns need to be addressed.
