How sad a Dr couldn't help when mental health was involved. That was beyond disturbing he didn't even care. I left feeling sad and defeated. He was awful to me. Then not too much later I got a huge abscess on my face and I couldn't get an appointment for weeks and this was emergent as it was extremely bad. So I had to find another Dr. but I have all these symptoms and no one wants to listen to me. I continue to experience pain and rashes and stuff and it isn't stopping. No one cares. I'm just blown off. But Dr Safari really let me down.

I informed her that this facility told me to bring them (X-rays and documents) and wanted them to have them and needed an email to send them. Well this upset her, stormed away. Seeing this disingenuous behavior and empathy for patients. I decided to sought out another doctor. The X-ray tech was super nice and convinced me to speak with the office manager. She told me if I didn't this behavior would continue. Which means this female has done it before. Anyways I express my concern and lack of respect and professionalism towards patients. I don't have any faith in the office manger, I told her I believe this behavior occurred before with no Consequences. She replied with a smark response "you are wrong". I bet that medical assistance is still working and she will continue to work there. So I spend $40 today for a doctor's visit where staff are unprofessional to patients. People of Katy, I don't not recommend this establishment, I should have read their reviews before setting up an appointment.

It…read moreall started because I was seeking a PCP that was close to home, and most importantly a provider who took my new health insurance & of course a seasoned, compassionate & knowledgeable MD and healthcare provider. I am happy to say that I found what I was looking for with Dr.Raj, she was my first women PCP and she was excellent during my visit. Dr. Raj took her time to go over everything and anything I asked or needed, within reason. She also did an excellent job at referring me to a great Specialist whom accepted my insurance & located nearby as well, for supplemental care! The referral was great and seamless, I just finished my visit and I will be back to do my physical & review bloodwork on my next upcoming visit. I love that the Bloodwork was done in-house next to the office at Quest - and Dr Raj really acted quick to call in a Prescription for my low Vitamin D deficiency. In conclusion, I would like to say is the office staff was really great & on top of calling prior visit, very flexible & the PA who took my vitals is amazing! Oh, and I love the updated system & online portal they use, you simply login to make an appointment, change an appt, message, request refills, schedule tele-visits or just check your overall health docs. Last, but not least...I was also blown away by there advanced medical equipment & overall knowledge. This practice is fairly new and coming up quickly! Make sure you call now to get an appointment. After you get the blood work, you are required to go back for a visit to get even normal results. Rachael explained to me that they do this for billing. She will not discuss anything over the phone as she "doesn't have the time". Even after seeing three of their providers (the providers are like a revolving door...Rachael was on leave last I heard), and going through hundreds... literally hundreds of blood tests, they all missed that I had hyperaldosteronism. They will milk every single penny out of you. I don't know if they get a percentage from Quest, but the tests are excessive here. I'm so happy to have found a better provider.

I arrived close to 8:00 am for a doctor's appointment and made a stop to the ladies restroom, located in the lobby of the building and it was DISGUSTING!!! The smell of urine on all the toilet seats in the restroom was so strong that I thought I was going to become ill if I stayed in the restroom a second longer. The restroom was so unsanitary, I would have rather leave to use the restroom at a gas station. Since I didn't have the time to leave, I decided I wait to use the restroom in my doctor's office.

I usually go to the Memorial City location, but I had to have it done before a certain date. I took half a day off from work and live across town. Traffic was awful and I struggled to get there. I called them to let them know I was going to be late. The person helping me could not find my appt. When I got to the hospital, I was told that they did not receive any notification that I was going be late. I explained the issue and the desk clerk was not helpful. She said she had to check something. She spoke with someone behind a wall and came back to tell me that I had to reschedule. I was livid. She proceeded to tell me when would be a good time for me to reschedule. I just walked out and rescheduled at Memorial City myself. They are really nice there. I will never recommend or ever go to the Katy location. They are unprofessional and have zero grace. Memorial city has always been awesome.

I love this place because it's both a mini clinic and an urgent care it's like going to a mini hospital where is a one stop shop you wait less than 30 minutes to get seen by your doctor whether you're going for the urgent care or you're going for your medical check ups on the doctor side doctor patient side... Brought my dad to the urgent care after taking an injury to his ribs. When we arrived at about…read more10:30am, there were no other patients so he was checked in immediately and seen by the doctor within minutes. I've never been to such an urgent care with such fast and attentive service. Doctor Chang ordered a CT scan to check the abdomen, ribs and liver area and was fine with the scan in under 5 minutes of admittance. So glad we came here. Now I will say the imaging results are making up for the speedy check-in. It's been over an hour since the CT scan and still awaiting results. So while the check-in process was speedy, getting the results back will test your patience considering how fast the admittance process was. In any case, it's still a great facility. Clean, quiet, friendly staff. I hope I don't need urgent care but if I'm in Houston and find myself in a jam, I would certainly choose to come here.
