Then not too much later I got a huge abscess on my face and I couldn't get an appointment for weeks and this was emergent as it was extremely bad. Got to the back asked the X-ray technician that X-rays were already taken and to whom could I give them to. A black female came back to speak with me. I noticed she didn't like me asking questions. I informed her that this facility told me to bring them (X-rays and documents) and wanted them to have them and needed an email to send them. Well this upset her, stormed away. Seeing this disingenuous behavior and empathy for patients. I decided to sought out another doctor. The X-ray tech was super nice and convinced me to speak with the office manager. She told me if I didn't this behavior would continue. Which means this female has done it before. Anyways I express my concern and lack of respect and professionalism towards patients. I don't have any faith in the office manger, I told her I believe this behavior occurred before with no Consequences. She replied with a smark response "you are wrong". I bet that medical assistance is still working and she will continue to work there. So I spend $40 today for a doctor's visit where staff are unprofessional to patients. People of Katy, I don't not recommend this establishment, I should have read their reviews before setting up an appointment.
