They will not refill my prescriptions unless I am seen for an appointment. I was seen by Senthil and Lani, and I have nothing but great things to say about them! After hearing about my lingering cough and wheezing, we decided to delay my wellness visit blood work and focus more on identifying the cause of these issues and treating it. They were very thorough in their exams and tests, and did a great job of explaining the medications that they would be prescribing. I left the clinic feeling better than I arrived thanks to the breathing treatment I received, and now have some prescriptions that will help me if a coughing / wheezing fit comes on that keeps me up at night. But in this case, I noticed the Nigerian name and thought this was not the case. Cynthia Obi was my attending physician. She was fantastic! While so many doctors are just legal drug pushers, she knowledgeable, thorough, attentive to detail, and gave a complete description of the problem that was easy to understand. She spoke of recent research (I've never had a doctor speak of that in 64 years) and gave me a plan of action to follow. My ER nurse wife was impressed. I give her 5 stars, and I almost never give 5 stars. She was truly amazing!

No matter how superb of a provider Dr. Tiffany Albritton is, she is destroyed by the sheer nonexistence of her staff. If they do exist, they should be replaced with staff members who actually pick up the phone during business hours. If they don't exist at a certain point, fine. But for them to be absent for the whole duration of the period I incessantly called?
