It started off good except for the last few recent incidents. My Dr, Dr Safari was so rude. I have bipolar and my manic was showing because I was so nervous I wouldn't get answers which I didn't. He even said should we cancel this appointment because of how you're acting. How sad a Dr couldn't help when mental health was involved. That was beyond disturbing he didn't even care. I left feeling sad and defeated. He was awful to me. Then not too much later I got a huge abscess on my face and I couldn't get an appointment for weeks and this was emergent as it was extremely bad. So I had to find another Dr. but I have all these symptoms and no one wants to listen to me. I continue to experience pain and rashes and stuff and it isn't stopping. No one cares. I'm just blown off. But Dr Safari really let me down. read more

Went to this establishment for health care. A was a new patient but was checked in quickly. Prior to my appointment they advised me to bring in my X-rays and reading. Got to the back asked the X-ray technician that X-rays were already taken and to whom could I give them to. A black female came back to speak with me. I noticed she didn't like me asking questions. I informed her that this facility told me to bring them (X-rays and documents) and wanted them to have them and needed an email to send them. Well this upset her, stormed away. Seeing this disingenuous behavior and empathy for patients. I decided to sought out another doctor. The X-ray tech was super nice and convinced me to speak with the office manager. She told me if I didn't this behavior would continue. Which means this female has done it before. Anyways I express my concern and lack of respect and professionalism towards patients. I don't have any faith in the office manger, I told her I believe this behavior occurred before with no Consequences. She replied with a smark response "you are wrong". I bet that medical assistance is still working and she will continue to work there. So I spend $40 today for a doctor's visit where staff are unprofessional to patients. People of Katy, I don't not recommend this establishment, I should have read their reviews before setting up an appointment. read more

Dr. Noonan is my Mother's surgeon and we are very happy with him. The office staff has been friendly, professional and easy to work with. The wait time is within reason and rarely over 15-20 minutes. They staff work hard to accommodate your schedule whenever possible. The office has an Xray facility onsite which is so convenient. It elimates that one additional drive and wait someplace else. Flu season is back and I made an appointment for my daughter to get her flu shot on a Monday. Appointment was scheduled for 11/12 and I get called an hour before and half before the scheduled appointment to notify me that it has been cancelled and will need to be rescheduled. I changed my whole schedule around and had to submit time off to get this day to come in for her flu shot two weeks before a scheduled trip. They tell me they can't reschedule me until DECEMBER. They expect a 24-hour notice of cancellation from patients but can't provide the same for us. They're a hot mess with appointments and relocations. When you call can't even speak with someone who is physically there. It's a call center that don't even know what is going on themselves. Since Dr. Rai retired, this clinic has gone downhill. read more

After calling the day before to reschedule my 8:00AM knowing I wouldn'tI make it on time coming from River Oaks the receptionist insisted that I come in and that I had a 30 minute window. The following morning, with weather, time and distance against my favor, I called prior to my visit to let them know that I was still running late. Again, the receptioniat answered the phone tells me not to worry that it was fine that I still had a 30 minute window. Upon arrival 8:15AM and after making me fill out all kinds of forms she calls me to the front to turn me away because I was late. After explaining to her that I called the day before and the day of to let them know this time was not convenient and making me drive from River Oaks was a nuisance her response was; "who cares, I drive from Downtown" It is a shame that a doctor can spend years in college, To have an irresponsible rude, and non caring receptionist cause them to have patients to never come back. read more

Horrible experience! Dr. Noonan is not very friendly and the gel injections I got were extremely painful! The office staff is horrible!Monique, the woman in charge of verifying insurance takes forever claiming it takes 6-8 weeks to verify benefits! I have never heard of this! After back and forth with this lady I finally got the benefits "verified" so I thought! Monique said my injections would not be covered and I would have to pay $508 for each visit! I had to have three injections for a total of $1,524.00! Fine! If it worked I was willing to pay it. Keep in mind I was in so much pain and when I requested pain meds, she made me feel like I was so kind of drug addict! I don't even drink!!Unfortunately the injections did not work! A month later while talking with my insurance, I was told the injections WERE covered and I shouldn't have paid the $1,524.00. Makes me wonder what kind of verification Monique did! I called her and she referred me to the billing office for a refund. After many, many calls I finally got a refund of $977.00. I will NEVER recommend this place or this doctor! read more

This a great place. I had read the reviews before going and I was not disappointed. The reception crew are very friendly and make it easy to get check in. Once you are called back to see the doctor my visit continues to be above and beyond what I was expecting. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. This center used to be a not bad center to do my annual physical routine exams , around couple of weeks ago I went there for my annual as usual but surprisingly I charge extra and when I asked why it is extra they responded that you covered 100% by your insurance but we charged you extra for your office visit , I explained this to them that this is a procedure that I used to be doing every year , and in response they changed their wording in the response. The billing department is so unprofessional. They are rude. The online payment doesn't work. You call the office to pay they have little or zero customer service skills. For the first time in my life, I got a Positive TB skin test reading and several other complaints. Several other diagnoses were made that I need to confirm with other doctors. I wasn't told to fast for certain Lab work and went in without fasting and on my monthly cycle. Make sure you check with your insurance company before any lab or doctor visits. They tell you that you are covered or in-network but you are not. Always pay with your card and not cash to have a trail because you might end up paying for a service you previously paid for with cash. read more

Went with two medical issues, left with those same two issues with no guidance from the doctor. I'm back and am waiting for my appointment. My very first impression was great. U.T Physicians is in a great location. I was greeted very warmly at the door by Sarah and another kind gentleman Jordan. Another young woman named Toni very sweet walked around asking questions about there myutp.com website. Spreading the word giving out pamplets on information and helping you better understand how this website can help you and is easy to sign up. This site makes it easy to get refills, ask your doctor a question, read your test results and etc. Jordan was very informative and highlited the areas that were important to sign initial date. It took me about 10 min to fill out & read the new patient info. I am a new patient and my doctor is Dr. Lam. I'm actually writing this review as I go threw my doc appoint so it will be accurate. Well I'm still sitting in the lobby it is now 11:30 but I was informed that the doctor got a little back up No worries. I'm now in the examinatiom room waiting for the doc it's now 11:34 I'm not complaining. Well not yet. I hope it all goes well. Dr. Lam is awesome she was very informative down to earth and thoroughly explained what I need to do and what to stop doing to better my health. It is now 12pm and all I'm waiting for the nurses Teresa, Chelsea they were awesome and informative all I'm waiting for now is them to hand me the doc referrals and etc. How amazing was this visit. Twice in the last year they have made bad mistakes on billing to our account and it takes weeks to get through to anyone to get them to make the corrections/changes. Very unpleasant and arrogant doctor here, on top of being worthless. She has put me through around 100 different blood tests and MRIs over the last year with no findings, recommendations or advice -- yet is trying to order another round of repeat tests and MRIs. Quite apparent she is just trying to rack up charges for unneceassary work. Despite the thousands of dollars spent i've received more help from the Internet, have zero intention of coming back. We switched insurance so unfortunately we had to come to UT when I came in there was a temperature check which was great but when I came to sign in there was no designation of used pens and clean pens. Their Covid measures were nonexistent when I came in they only require masks. My well woman visit was literally a breast check a Pap smear and the nurse practitioner was ready to leave we did not discuss any of my health history even though I filled out the forms she didn't look at it even though I had ticked off some things that needed to be discussed in a well visit. I had to ask to have blood test for my cholesterol thyroid and others. When I went into the phlebotomist nothing was sanitized between patients. When I had to give a urine sample the bathroom was in a disgusting shape. There was a urine smell there were towel papers and toilet paper over the floor and by the sink there was a lot of soap in the sink. And it was just frankly disgusting. The office manager tried to tell me the appointment is being cancelled because I was 10 minutes late. It was clear why the appointment was cancelled, the office manager accepted fault that she was lying about the reason of cancelling and strongly pushed being seen by a male dr. The manager tried to make a second appointment for me with a "male" Dr. who would be "better for me as a male". I have pics of her driving away in her luxury vehicle that have her licence plate number that is being considered to post here. The licence plate report contains her personal information. Erin Bolivar should receive reprecussions for sexism. The office manager should as well for lying to me about why the appointment was being cancelled. On a side note, I speak Spanish from my church mission trips. Even though I'm very as nordic looking as they come and many Spanish speakers are very surprised when I start speaking Spanish to them. The entire staff was latina and I could hear them use words like "gringo". I think I could hear them try to figure out how to cancel the appointment, but they were speaking much quieter then. ----- This place is horrible. I'll be surprised if they are still in business in a few years. the scheduling is so poor. The Drs are completely racist and sexist. I've never had such a horrible experience with a doctor's office. Literally every interaction I've had with this office has been problematic - one time I was sick and could apperently not get an appointment until 2 weeks later, one time I had to wait an hour past my appointment time to actually see a doctor, and one time they my order via mail instead of to the pharmacy and caused a huge issue and hassle to get a very simple medication refill. They are careless, unprofessional, and a terrible office. They have caused me many headaches, save your time and money and go somewhere else. read more

Took me months to finally get my husband to agree to see the doctor. The office staff tells me to have him fast so that he can give blood. So my husband fasts till his appointment time of 11 am and then they casually tell him the nurse that takes the blood has left for the day. We had a very efficient & pleasant visit just as we alway had when we saw them at Children's Clinic of Katy.
