I purchased a $600. service plan that I was told would cover any necessary follow up maintenance and repairs. However when I wanted to have them check the aids out because they just are not performing as good as they once did, I learned that there would be an additional $130. charge for them to just look at them and if anything else needed to be done that would result in more additional charges. I just felt like I was being "nickel and dimed" after the fact. I did not leave them there but will take them elsewhere for service. My suggestion to anyone needing hearing aids is to go to Costco. They do not charge for any follow up service or repairs at all. And they offer a 90 day full refund satisfaction guarantee. They also did the very same hearing test at no charge that Clarity charged for to start with.

He ran a series of tests because if I were to get a procedure, he wanted to knock out all the issues at once. This included an allergy test, a scan to look at my sinuses and checked for deviated septum. The surgery ended up being for deviated septum and trimming down my turbinates. The surgical team and office staff gave me amazing instructions and were super nice. While the stints were annoying, I had very little IF any pain. Healing was a breeze. My post surgery check ups were with Tammie and she ensured I was doing everything right for fast healing. I don't remember the last time I could breathe this amazing and it makes being more active so easy now that I can breathe properly. If I had anything happen where I needed surgery again, 100% would do this again with this team.

Long story short, my husband was in the ER last night after this surgery and we have received NOTHING from this doctor, not even a prescription sent yet! To start, no prescription for painkillers was sent until 2 hours after the surgery was completed (and I had to call to get this taken care of). We waited over 4 hours after the surgery to get his painkillers as the pharmacy was backed up. We found my husband was completely unresponsive to the painkillers prescribed--he was screaming and crying in pain (he had a tonsillectomy as an adult and said this was 10x the pain). The Dr. office was unreachable and there was no information sent home with us about an after-hours nurseline. I took my husband to the ER due to lack of options and the ER was able to help his pain management. Finally someone! We still have not received any communication from Dr. Morgan and he still has yet to send over the prescription we asked for at 8:50 AM this morning. It is very frustrating to rely on help from the ER for excruciating pain management instead of the doctor's office that performed the surgery. Seeing my husband suffer has been horrible. Please fix your procedures around after care for surgery patients!!!

The only thing that wasn't stellar was his assistant/appointment setter. She wasn't friendly, other than that, I highly recommend Dr. Prichard if you're in the market for a knowledgeable ENT.

I told him about all three issues with my ears. I also told him what was bothering me the most. All that he did was told me to lay on the table. Then proceeded to look in my ears and put some cream in my ears and then told me to come back. I asked him what about my hearing? And I asked him was he not going to address the main issue with my hearing? And he told me that's what we are going to look at when I came back. I was in that room with him NO LONGER that 5min. So they scheduled me to come back next Friday. I ended up calling back up to the office to let the nurse know that I could not wait until next Friday. And the nurse asked why did I need to come back and I told her for my ears. And even she said "so you didn't see an audiologist today"? and I told her no. Then she paused and proceeded to give me the next soonest appointment. Which will be this coming Tuesday (today is Thursday). I STRONGLY suggest that if you decided to come to this location... Do not book with this particular doctor because your issues will NOT ben addressed.

I don't think you can put a price on the benefit of having healthcare professionals who know your history... in fact, I know you can't. The office location is on a small strip off Cairway/Hwy6 that is easy to find once you know where you're going. Nothing spectacular about the office or decor but it is always well kept and clean. If you're looking for modern-state of the art, you won't find it here. Smells sanitized every time I visit and I like that. I feel loyal to them and I firmly believe in the quality of service I receive in return. They always return my calls and provide reminders for check ups.

I called their office politely asking if I can just have the new written order faxed or picked up by my daughter since I am at work and I can't make it before their closing time. The secretary answering the phone keeps on telling me that they are so busy that the doctor or not even her nurse can come on the phone to talk to me even for JUST a minute! I called several times even to the point of BEGGING just to talk to either the doctor or her nurse but to NO AVAIL. I've never ever seen a clinic that you can't even get in touch with the doctor thru phone no matter how busy the clinic is. I'm a nurse too and I understand how toxic clinic days could be but this experience is definitely SO DISAPPOINTING! I am truly considering changing our PCP because of how they handle their patients! No matter how good of a doctor you can be, if your customer service is poor...you might just keep on losing your patients!!!
