I highly recommend Fort Bend Hearing and especially Dr. Davis. She was professional, caring and explained every detail of the test. She then gave several options of hearing devices each with an honest opinion as related to my hearing loss. There was no pressure just her explanation of how these devices would help. Contacted Fort Bend Hearing inquiring about prices of new aids after one of mine failed, so needed replacements quickly. No prices provided but consultation booked in just over 2 weeks time - no free appointments for a 30 minute audiogram for someone spending $4k+ with them? Repeated request for prices and insurance contribution, twice, heard nothing back. I cannot afford to pay full prices, so just wanted to know how much they sold the aids for, and what the insurance would cover, if anything. Due to zero response I went elsewhere and cancelled the consultation. read more

I had gotten to the point that I was not wearing my hearing aids all of the time because I just didn't feel like they were helping. I checked around to see if I could find someone nearby to re-test my hearing and re-program my hearing aids. Some providers refused since they did not sell me the hearing aids. Not so at Fort Bend Hearing. I had a very thorough exam and we set out to adjust the hearing aids. I learned things that the original provider never mentioned. We came up with several settings to fit what I wanted. Dr. Spencer encouraged me to return after a couple of weeks to make adjustments. I returned and we added an additional setting. It was truly a great experience that provided quality of life improvement. read more

This review is late but felt I had to get it in. I researched places to have my dad's ears tested since I noticed he was getting hard of hearing. I ran across this business on the internet and read the reviews. I decided to give it a try and man, they did not disappoint!! Dr. Christie Spencer is off the charts great. Her personality and knowledge is a great combination and the results show for it. I was wondering how my dad was going to respond to the testing but because of Dr. Spencer, she made him feel very comfortable and at ease. She took the time to explain everything until he understood it clearly. She recommended the specific product based on his hearing results, not just some generic product or what she might make the most profit on. His hearing has dramatically improved and he's really enjoying the experience. My biggest concern was the he was not going to wear them and just sit on his dresser. To my surprise, Dr. Spencer was able to see how long he had actually worn them through the trial period!! I was shocked! Her follow up appointments were just as her initial appointment. She spent the time to fine tune the hearing aids based on his feedback and it got better. Dr. Spencer really, and I mean really, take the time to make sure her patients are well taken care of and comfortable. They provide you with a good stock of supplies to get you started. Now dad wears them every day for up to 9 hrs! I am so pleased that we found her and her staff. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who has a loved one or personally needs help with hearing loss. Thank you so much Dr. Spencer!! read more
