They couldn't find a vein after I got prodded over 4 times with the needle and I waited an hour total while they tried to heat my arms up with hot packs. Half way through all this, she found one vein then took it out after putting it in because it wasn't "perfect". ??? She left the bloody needle hanging by the IV fluid thing too and walked off to go answer a phone or something too. Like this is so suspicious and not regulated well. Really disappointed. They should be able to find veins. I've been really ill and IV's are supposed to help my condition. Won't be coming back...
