I'm giving Winds of Change Plastic Surgery a 1 out of 5 stars based on my experience 8 weeks after…read moreundergoing open revision rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty, I regret to put myself under her knife. On the positive side, their pricing structure is competitive to other practices I researched, and the staff is consistently friendly, responsive, and supportive. The overall customer service experience has been excellent--they are attentive, easy to work with, and the doctor weekly post-ops for 4 weeks because my case has become one reflecting on her professional quality. The issue my rating is lowered due to the surgical outcomes. Despite the doctor is double board-certified surgeon with what I believed to be extensive experience in cosmetic surgery and open revision rhinoplasty, I ended up with an approximately one-inch visible cutting scar across my nose, right in the middle of my face!! The procedures took 9 hours which indicates some challenges she was facing. I also learned later that a cosmetic surgeon is not equivalent to a plastic surgeon. Her sutures are rough and uneven, causing bruises and prominent scar at post-ops. Although she offered free micro-needling treatments, the accidental scar should NOT happen to begin with a DOUBLE boards certified professional!! Additionally, with lower and upper eyelid blepharoplasty, the eyelids resulted in asymmetry, one big and one small eyes. The lower eyelid incisions were not drawn equally and results in an ectropion - lower eyelid sagging appearance in my right eye. At six weeks post-op, I am still trying to understand and process these results. Prior to committing, I asked to review pictures of her patients had reviewed, of course I did not see any example of this complication & outcome. That said, I did sign a waiver that mentioned such risks, which in hindsight suggests the professional quality. Also, any corrective surgery will be extra cost. In my case of lower eyelid correction, an out-patient procedure can be done with local anesthetic to tighten the lower lid tarsal plate of which she would not perform. Also, she has vetted ownership with the Cy-Fair Surgery Center. That said, she would not do any out-patient corrective procedure unless it requires a general anesthetics at Cy-Fair facilities which will cost higher. To the surgeon's credit, she has been kind, communicative, and willing to monitor my condition closely. She offered to provide 3 free micro needling sessions "on the scar" for me. However, for the sagging eyelid, to my surprise, she told me to massage and tape the lower eyelid for an experiment up to six months to see if things improve naturally, which is difficult given the current appearance and impact on my daily life. Overall, while the service and care have been strong, the surgical results have been disappointing so far. I hope for improvement over time as well as seeking correction from other doctors and scars specialists. The bottom line should be known that her certified cosmetic surgeon skills are less than standard. So at this stage, I feel a 1-star rating is a fair reflection of the damages and concerns

I called to ask what my options were since I wasn't seeing any results and wanted to know if I could try something else or get a refund. They told me they would call me back, but they never did. They also claim they contact you about appointments, but they never did. On top of that, they constantly try to push additional "specials" and deals, which honestly just felt like another way to get more money out of me rather than actually help. Overall, the work did not feel legitimate or effective, and the entire experience felt pointless. I would not recommend based on my experience.

I let them know I'd taken off of work early and was already on the way almost and they just said they were closed and I could reschedule when it was convenient. I was referred by a friend so decided to give it another chance... My next appointment they were there but they were 'out of dysport' so used Botox and they told me it was Botox when I went to pay and it was twice as much, but Botox doesn't work on me for some reason that's why I asked for dysport.... I ended up having to go back for dysport. She didn't charge me for it, but also didn't do all the areas I'd previously paid for Botox on. (Botox is more than twice the price of dysport) Most recently I booked an appointment and was once again 5 minutes away in my Uber and got a text saying they forgot my appointment I had just made earlier the same day, and I'd need to come back tomorrow.. So once again, I wasted my time and money attempting to use this service provider. All in all my experiences with this business have been a huge waste of time and money. I recommend seek out a professional who treats their business seriously and go there.

Poor Service and Ineffective Treatment…read more My experience with new you wellness center over 2.5 years has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Despite my repeated concerns about lack of improvement on their testosterone therapy, their response was consistently poor. Promises of call-backs were seldom kept, and when I did get through, the only solution was to increase dosages or add new prescriptions, leading to more expensive lab tests - all billed to me. After spending over $4,000 without any noticeable benefit, I switched to a new provider. Remarkably, within just one month, my testosterone levels were optimized using a lower dosage than whatnew you had prescribed. When I called new you to politely discuss my experience and request a partial refund, I was assured a call back that never came. Upon following up, I was met with rudeness, misinformation, and ultimately, I was hung up on. I strongly advise anyone seeking testosterone therapy to avoid new you. Their lack of responsiveness, ineffective treatment protocols, and poor customer service have been a costly and unproductive experience for me. Switching providers has made a significant positive difference in my health and well-being. Lasty I will be calling all my friend (10 of them) that are currently using them with similar results and switching them to my new provider. cheers
