The services felt like a complete waste of time and money, I saw no progress or results at all after multiple treatments. What made it worse was the lack of follow-up and communication. I called to ask what my options were since I wasn't seeing any results and wanted to know if I could try something else or get a refund. They told me they would call me back, but they never did. They also claim they contact you about appointments, but they never did. On top of that, they constantly try to push additional "specials" and deals, which honestly just felt like another way to get more money out of me rather than actually help. Overall, the work did not feel legitimate or effective, and the entire experience felt pointless. I would not recommend based on my experience. read more

Staff was not friendly when I called. And no one ever called back. I called to get information about several services that are listed. After several calls, I finally got someone on the phone, she was not able to answer any of my questions and I was told someone would call me back that had the information I was inquiring about. I had a new patient appointment this week at 1-1:20. There was an accident on the feeder and I arrived at 1:01pm. The 2 other ladies working also spoke about just arriving and seeing the same accident (so I knew there was not a patient ahead of me). I missed the registration email, so that took me about 10 minutes when I first arrived. The nurse I was meeting with asked the front desk to tell her when I was done. I finished and at 1:20, I was still waiting as I could hear the nurse typing away on her computer. She took a call when I was waiting from a patient. She put it on speakerphone and the whole office could hear her name and medication type - she was actually leaving to go to another clinic and was asking for her prescription dose. I had literally just signed a HIPPA form. No thanks, I'll go where my privacy and time is valued. read more

Sherry was caring , sweet and did an amazing job I absolutely Love her! The receptionist ( which we even share a birthday) was so friendly and welcoming !!! I immediately knew it was meant to be. It was my first time doing any type of Cosmetic injection and I had 1 foot in the door and 1 foot out the door. Staff welcomed and helped me feel comfortable and was even welcoming to my friend. Outcome was just perfect, I didn't expect to want to go back this was going to be a one time deal since it was a birthday gift but I definitely will be returning because my lips came out perfect !! This place was terrible. I went in for a chemical peel and they told me I couldn't that day since I had just been on a vacation in the sun, which I was happy they told me and didn't just ruin my skin, but Julia handled it very poorly. She was super rude about it and would cut me off any time I would try to talk to tell me I'm wrong. I was very unimpressed with how she handled the situation. People in the customer service business really need to learn how to communicate with people. I literally left in tears, she was so rude. However, Sherry the NP was super sweet and understanding towards what my skin could handle and listened to my concerns without cutting me off and belittling. My first time visiting MintBody's Fairfield location - amazing! had the vitamin IV therapy and fillers. 10/10 service and all around wonderful experience thanks to the lovely ladies here. Christina took great care of me during the IV therapy and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. When it came time for my fillers, Sherry took her time going through the process during the consultation and was incredibly patient and professional.
