Solutions Hair Restoration and Wellness Center has gained another faithful client. I walked in the door feeling confused, self conscious defeated, and at my wits end. Everyone there was very welcoming, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Mrs. Leola was amazing to say the least. She went above and beyond to insure that I was taken care of and made it a priority to properly diagnose and treat my scalp immediately. She has afforded me a wealth of knowledge regarding my scalp condition and how it can be managed. Mrs. Tamela was awesome and has also enlightened me concerning my condition. She handled my scalp with care during treatment and also informed of every procedure and product used. Mrs. Tamela provided several alternatives for me regarding protective styling and methods to try until my scalp and hair returns to a healthy state. I am overjoyed and and thankful for being led to this wonderful, wonderful place. Although I understand that my healing may take some time, I feel much better than I did before receiving treatment. Lost an excessive amount of graphs post procedure and was told by staff this was to be expected. Informed staff that I was experiencing 2-3 times graph loss based on the information they provided. I was told to give it more time. Multiple attempts to discuss results with the staff were ignored or met with excuses. A discussion eventually occurred about discounting future procedures but was told to wait at least 12 months. Efforts to reengage the conversation after waiting over a year were met with excuses and no knowledge of discounting additional procedures as discussed. Would not recommend. Very disappointed.

I first came here 3 years ago and was advised at the time that a full hair transplant was not necessary. They performed PRP then and then I had it done a year later. Finally a few days ago I was ready for my hair transplant. I did a procedure that was very well explained to me called FUE. I was told what the expectations would be and then we went on to do the procedure. I was very worried about the pain I would have, but honestly it did not hurt nearly as much as I was anticipating. I was able to take breaks as often as I wanted. They even provided lunch for me halfway through the surgery and I got to watch tv. I had 2400 grafts planted in the front of my head and I'll be honest that first night was very painful, but the next day, despite some swelling and a small headache I felt way better. Dr. Arocha even called me that first night personally to make sure I was doing ok and to offer some advice on how to sleep. I flew from Michigan to have this procedure in Houston Texas and I am very pleased with everything that took place. I know I have to wait a number of months now to see how the procedure goes, but the doctor checked on me today (3 days post op) and everything seems to be looking great. MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW THE DOCTORS INSTRUCTIONS THEY ARE THERE FOR A REASON!!! I would absolutely never go to any other doctor.
