My next appointment they were there but they were 'out of dysport' so used Botox and they told me it was Botox when I went to pay and it was twice as much, but Botox doesn't work on me for some reason that's why I asked for dysport.... I ended up having to go back for dysport. She didn't charge me for it, but also didn't do all the areas I'd previously paid for Botox on. (Botox is more than twice the price of dysport) Most recently I booked an appointment and was once again 5 minutes away in my Uber and got a text saying they forgot my appointment I had just made earlier the same day, and I'd need to come back tomorrow.. So once again, I wasted my time and money attempting to use this service provider. All in all my experiences with this business have been a huge waste of time and money.
