Both the ladies who work here are quite quick and efficient as well. I like their colored scroll powder for a long lasting manicure. This was one the fastest appointments I have ever experienced and the nails were finished within 45 minutes. Application was smooth, fast and blended in with my natural nail bed very well. I am extremely satisfied with the service and end product. I highly suggest getting your manicures done here, and I recommend asking for either Dung or Yen. read more

It is always amazing that she remembers the smallest details of our conversations. Besides being an amazing human she is an amazing technician as well. I have very difficult nails to work on. I chew my fingers and have terrible cuticles and ingrown nails due to my wide feet. She is always careful with me. She is skilled in working with difficult toes and is careful not to cause me unnecessary pain. She can recognize trouble spots without me pointing them out. The owner and her sister are very friendly and always care for your needs and will answer any questions that you may have. They encourage you to try services, but are not pushy. The owner is rude and very unprofessional. I called at 10:05am after the business opened to make an appointment for 2 pedis and 1 full-set for 6:30pm. She goes to say that she has many people make appointment for later in the evening but don't show up. I said that if she can't give me an appointment, I am happy to go to someone else so no one's time is wasted. She then says the same thing and asks me if I knew where her shop was or if I've been there before. I respond with "no I have not, but I'm going on vacation the next day and need to make an appointment for today". She again asked me if I knew where her shop is. I said no but I can use GPS to get there without any issues. The owner then repeated again that many say they will show up but don't but made it seem like she still wanted my business. I responded back to her that she is being rude and unprofessional towards me as well as her clients and that I will take my business else where. Customer service didn't exist with this one contact and I am happy I caught that on and decided not to use Today Nails. To the owner, maybe if you stop attacking and assuming things with your potential clients, you may have a better chance getting them into your salon! read more

Ok so bedside manner? None, but quality of the service is amazing and despite Yen not being a customer service oriented person, I will continue to go back b/c I'm not there for that. The first time I called for an appt, she asked in a not so nice tone what I wanted, literally "WHAT DO YOU WANT?! GEL? MANICURE? PEDICURE? I NEED TO KNOW!". For some reason, I figured that's just her and still went in. My manicure and pedicure looked great. Second time I called, basically the exact same experience LOL. But when I went in, she remembered me and was as nice as possible for her. And again, great manicure and pedicure. Long story short, you're not going to get the warm and fuzzies from Yen, but you will get a really good mani/pedi and sometimes that's enough, I say as I book my 3rd appt. read more
