It was cheap which I wanted but I didn't enjoy my experience. I wanted dipped nails because they're supposed to last a long time but mine ended up chipping within a few days. They also didn't have like colors to choose from like other salons have. The lady also hurt me multiple times with the drill, she was very rough. I would not come back. Unfortunately, I had a pretty bad experience and it came out to $63 for a gel mani and regular pedi. My toe cuticles were cut and bleeding almost immediately, making the rest of the pedicure painful. The technician who did my mani was quite rude, rushing to get it done as fast as possible, and told me that my eyebrows need to be waxed and I need to get a facial to get my blackheads removed. I'm sure she just wanted to sell more services but it actually hurt my feelings while I was trying to do some self-care. My favorite nail spot. The owner is so sweet and everyone in there is really friendly. They always do my pedicure really good(I get french tip). There's a variety of colors to choose from. My nail color is number #34. Make sure you get shellac manicure so it can last you longer. This was done today before closing. I'm sure they were already tired but they still did a great job. I decided to give this place a try since it is close to my work. Here is a list of my experiences.... ** girl that worked on my nails looked like she was 15 years old. ** I got a manicure and they tried to tell me my finger was not straight when I pointed out the nail was not filed straight. ** my nail polish had bubbles in it and the girl painted my fingers with 3+ coats making it very thick. When I called back to let them know I was unhappy with my polish she got very defensive and started yelling at me. When I asked for them to redo my nails, she repeatedly said she was very busy and cannot help me. Although I thought this experience was almost funny, it was not acceptable. I had a manicure with Linda. Shes been doing nails for over 20 years and very experienced however it was the fastest manicure I've ever had. Every part of it was rushed. Unfortunately I would not go back because it was not enjoyable. Nails chipped by day 4. I had my feet done by Jen and she did a great job, I would recommend her. Cheap prices = cheap quality. Don't say I didn't warn you. The only things I liked about this place was that the nail technicians did not chat much in their language and the nail bar they use for gel nails is nice. Other than that everything else was far from "Pro" - Color selection had very few Essie and OPI, lots of cheap brands and half empty bottles. - Metal tools were taken out of a box instead of a sealed packaging (as it should be after sterilization). File and buffer were pre used as well. - Said I wanted to keep my nail length long and of course she filed them down way short. Completely uneven, not even smooth. I asked her to fix this and it just got worse. - Cheap lotion from a 3oz bottle for your "massage" that you can buy at Walmart - The polishing was actually decent, but not perfect. She got all the edges which is great but the coats are uneven which is a peeve of mine. As you can see I am one of those "Picky clients" but I think if you are going to call yourself Nail Pros then you are setting your standards pretty high for customers. My basic mani took as long as my Mom's pedi (about 30 min's). If you decide to try this place I'd recommend bringing your own polish and tell them exactly what you want. read more

I'm really surprised to see all the 5 star reviews here. I went in for a basic mani/pedi with no polish, and they did both at the same time even though I was the only one in there, plus it's really uncomfortable having one arm pulled across my body. The woman who did the pedi was, uh, I'll just say not at all nice. I told her to be extremely careful with by big toes because I get really bad ingrown toenails. I told her not to cut the corners. She promptly cut the corners. Then she dug into them and continually hurt me with her tools. Because I was paying full price and not getting any polish, I asked for some extra foot massage time, they said okay. I got extra leg massage. Who wants leg massage? Not me! The woman who did my mani was sweet, but by the time I got home I already had jagged nails and cuticles I could bite. As I was paying, the mean pedi woman asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. That's just uncouth. Give people the receipt and let them add a tip or not, don't put pressure on them. Of course I didn't want to leave a tip! Also, the shop is dirty and just unpleasant. I'll definitely never go back. I'd rather drive 10 miles further for great clean service that listens than that crappy service. Horrible. read more

Yes the ladies were super nice and it seemed like they did a decent job PLUS it was cheap so why not.. 4 stars..bam.. OK.. So I just took off my nails that I received from Nail Pro. I didn't realize it but they totally cut through my right thumb nail. The only thing holding it together was the acrylic gel. I was wondering what the hell that crease was and why it was a little sensitive.. BUT OMG.. I have half a thumb nail. I dont care what the hell happened or what the hell they did but there shouldn't be half a nail coming off with your acrylics when you remove them. All of my other nails are in pretty bad condition.. the lady who did my nails really filed them down super thin. They are very brittle and extremely sensitive. I will NEVER EVER go back and I urge everyone to not go here either. They totally f*cked up my nails big time. read more

Okay, so I went to this place to get my nails done last Friday. This place makes me sick. The owner only does your nails if you want crystal gel. The first two time she did my nails and the third time, she chose not to do it because I wanted acrylic. SO I got the gal who normally does pedicure to work on my nails. She still tried to get me to purchased the crystal gel. What a mess! She was so rough on my hand. When I told her to please be a little bit gentle she starting speaking in her native language to the owner. She also cut through my skin not in one but two fingers . I jumped back and could not believe everything that was happening. I just wanted to get the F*@% out of there. However my nails were so jacked up that it showed the lumpiness through the color. She then had to take the color off and go over and smooth the nail and color my nails again. Two days later, 4 nails came off. She had grinded them too thin. Beware, do not go to this place!!! They will rip you off. They keep your nails long so you would return soon. They keep your nails thin so it would fall off, so you will return soon. They break every rule to get your money. Yes they are clean but they are pretty shotty in their ethics. I will never again go here. They suck big time. DO NOT LET the pedicure lady do your nails. read more

Made an appointment for this morning at 10 AM, about a week ago and when I arrive at said time they had already taken people. They asked me to pick a color, and started heating up water in the pedicure chair, once I selected a color and sat down, I asked how long it would be. She did not answer right away, she called called someone from the back (who was doing waxing I guess). It looked like there was only two people available to do Pedicures, after five minutes she finally responded to be at least 10 more minutes. If I had not asked I would be sitting there having my feet soaked for god knows how long until somebody would start my service. I would Have been there for at least 20min until they may have started my service. What is the point of making an appointment if you're still going to make people wait and not honor their appointment time on which the booked. BEWARE OF THIER SILENCE AND WAITING IN A PEDICURE CHAIR. The work deserves 4-5 stars but the scam get's only 1 star....ZERO is not an option. I had a gel fill and gel pedi. My boyfriend had a mani/pedi. Yes he had the deluxe but when we paid it was $60 each so $120 plus I paid the tip in cash. I asked "how many people worked on us" so that I can pay each about $5-$6 but she didn't have a direct answer. After about 5 min, I gave her a $20 saying "Ok so $5 each" because I felt my boyfriend's mani/pedi was over priced. She charged us the same price ($60 each) but I got a GEL fill and GEL pedi. Anyway, she looked at me and said "Well the girl gets $9 tip because it was hard to do your boyfriends mani/pedi and $5 each so that's all. So she kept my $20 even though SHE CAME TO THE CONCULSION that I owed $19 ($5 each for my service and $9 for my boyfriend) so that comes out to $19 but she kept my $20 and said "okay it's all good....hmmmm kinda messed up hu??? So sad that these women need to scam customers and sneak in services for what? A few extra bucks. She could have 2 loyal customers who live in the neighborhood. I LOVE this place! I have been to plenty of salons in my lifetime, but this place definitely has a forever customer in me. They changed ownership awhile back and I expected things to fall apart, but the staff here is INCREDIBLE. Most of the time, because my schedule is so bizarre, I walk in without an appointment and the longest I have ever had to wait is maybe 5 minutes. Even the basic pedicures are amazing, with hot stones and a nice oil and lotion massage. I get my nails done with gel/powder because I have always been a nail-biter but I have never been into the French manicure. There are SO many choices of colors and if there isn't one I like, they'll make a custom one for me! My nails never break, chip or crack, which is amazing since I am horrible to my hands. I have recommended this place to SO many people. If you're near downtown, don't waste your money on the big name salons. Come here! read more

Pedicures are a necessary indulgence in a fast paced world! I get them monthly. I walked into Nail Pros after Peets (which is across the street) one day and they took me in right away. I made an appointment also and they are very accommodating every time! The chairs...oh the massage chairs~if you are someone who loves a place for their massage chairs..this is the one! Not only does it do your back(and it pushes really hard) but the chairs also massage your thighs and butt.. WOO HOO!!! After my hard work out yesterday, their massage chairs were worth every penny! They also use hot rocks to massage your calves. A little different but nice too (depending on who your lady is, some are better than others) My nail polish lasted pretty long too. They also have tanning and manicures but I only get the pedis.... ENJOY! read more

It was my first time to go to this place, and I'm pleased. I went during my lunch hour (w/out an appt) for a pedicure and they took me right in. The manicurist was very thorough with trimming and shaping my toenails and very meticulous at removing my cuticles and callouses. The only thing I thought was odd they switched staff, but now I know why. The other manicurist, painted my nails and then gave me the best foot and leg message. She used warm rocks for my calves and gave the best foot massage I've ever had. All this for $20 and they don't kick you to the curb once they are done, unlike other nail salons. The place is clean and the staff is nice and they have alot of regulars thaf frequent this place. I would go again, but since I plan to do it during my lunch hour I plan to make an appointment next time. read more
