I came here for the first time and it was a great experience. I made my appt via txt and she was also nice enough to send a reminder the day before regarding my appt. I got a regular pedicure and gel manicure - this came to $90 which is comparable to other places. However, here you get a more curated service, she takes her time, and doesn't rush it. She also checks in to make sure you like the polish and the service. It was nice being in a space where it's not loud, I'm not hearing other convos or smelling like chemicals. This was the best pedicure I've ever had. I will never again go to a noisy crowded salon. I haven't enjoyed the pedicure experience when the salon is lined with chairs and I have to listen to everyone on phones and all the chatter of the the salon ladies. I love this place because Tracy's salon has no toxic fumes or smells. I was the only client in the salon so it's not crowded, you do not feel rushed and it just feels very clean and safe in the salon. Being the only client definitely made it very intimate and Tracy paid great attention to every detail of my Deluxe Pedicure. Tracy is also incredibly positive and cares very much about your absolute satisfaction. I cannot recommend her enough. I went back in for a deluxe manicure yesterday and that was beyond wonderful with her massage on top of a fabulous manicure. I am a very busy person w/ 2 kids and a full time job so I don't have time to go to get my nails every two weeks- but I've been able to go at least 4 weeks with every set Tracy does for me. To me it's a miracle my nails last that long since I am always in the kitchen at home and dealing w 2 toddlers plus my husband( which I call my oldest kid). I really appreciate that she has her own private suite so you feel very comfortable and safe. My pedicure was excellent it was a luxury milk and honey pedicure that included a scrub and paraffin, warm towels and amazing hot stone massage it was so relaxing I think I took a little nap from all the wonderful pampering. I've been going to Tracy ever since she opened her own shop and got this exact pedicure the first time I went. My birthday is coming up and I wanted the same pedicure look. I asked Tracy if it was okay and she said it was through text. When I arrive for my appointment with Tracy, her in-laws--who I don't even believe are licensed--are the ones doing the beginning parts of the pedicure instead of Tracy as I had booked with. Her in law hurt one of my toes so badly I literally yelled ouch. Tracy did the nail design and did the first toe good when it came to the second one it looked completely different and I told her. Even her in laws saw and was telling her where it looks wrong. She tried to fix it without having to start over which didn't work and when she had to start over she was really mad like I had done something? Like it was wrong for me to voice my opinion regarding something I have paid for? She yanks my toe and said I told you I didn't want to do this design again the first time she had done it for me. This really irritated me because I had texted her the day of showing her what I wanted and she said she could do it, she should have been upfront in the beginning if that's the case. When it came to paying she said she gave me a discount for my birthday when she charged me the same price as always. Pretty sure this is a tactic to try to make me feel special to tip her. That's not it either, I currently have my manicure done from somewhere else and wanted to schedule my appointment in advance for a mani & pedi. She said she couldn't do my manicure because I have acrylic from elsewhere? I didn't argue with her because she seemed upset that I went somewhere else and she told me not to schedule with her instead go to the same lady? This seemed very unprofessional to me. She use to be good when I first started when she didn't have much customers now shes unprofessional and has lost a loyal customer, I won't be returning to her. read more

This is a clean and quiet place perfect for relaxing. Tracy takes her time to check in along the way to make sure you are happy your service. For example, she had me look at how she trimmed and filed my nails before painting them, she checked that I liked my polish before moving on to my hands, she made sure I was comfortable with the temperature of the water, etc. She doesn't rush her customers and clearly takes pride in her work. What I appreciate most is the cleanliness. She uses fresh tub liners for each client's pedicure, and cleans her tools with Barbicide and a sanitizing oven. She wears gloves and a mask. She has a very large selection of colors that rivals crowded salons. I like that it is a studio she owns and runs, so it isn't noisy and I am able to support a small, woman-owned business.
