Excellent selection of delicious all beef hotdog combinations, made quick with fast and friendly service, cozy canine inspirited decor, and lots of seating inside and out. Additional food choices such as chicken sandwiches and sausages. Bar has a variety of bottled beers and Virgina Beer Company on tap. Good for families, lunch dates, and older adults. Easy parking right off of Jamestown Road. Very neat, clean, and bright. Highly recommend Toby's Dog House gor a special treat in the middle of your day.

Staff was very friendly. Place was clean and there are a lot of different places to sit. We got a Junkyard Dog with Mac & Cheese and Brisket Sandwich. Food was good. Gave 4 out of 5 starts due to no fountain drink option. For a drink you can get a bottle or can of soda. Tea has refills. I would say, the addition of a fountain drink and ice area would definitely be a benefit. Overall, good hot dog joint.

So we were in Williamsburg and as we're leaving my husband says let's go to the hot dog place. Well he was talking about a place we went to during our honeymoon in colonial Williamsburg. To our surprise the place was closed. No worries because we stumbled upon Toby's which was awesome. We were immediately greeted upon entering and showed the menu. Sure there are a ton of options but I'm pretty basic. The hot dogs were tasty I had the junkyard dog and my husband the Carolina dog, the little one had a plain hot dog which he devoured. Before coming in I skimmed the yelp reviews and knew I couldn't stop here and not try the Mac and cheese. This wasn't the cheese sauce Mac and cheese it was actual baked Mac and cheese and it was DELICIOUS. Oh and they have Bubbly which I love. This was our first visit but not our last.

The awesome Junk Yard Dog, With Mac n' Cheese.

Toby's is a new spot on the Williamsburg dining scene, that hits the ground running with a ton of potential. The theme is very unique and the staff is incredibly friendly. Not only does this place have great Hotdogs with a wide assortment of such, but their Sloppy Joe is on point as well! The bar style seating is great! It's an excellent environment to sit back, relax and eat one of their delicious Hotdogs. Only recommendations that I'd have is perhaps having a grilling option for their Hotdogs or more stuff with bacon in or on it.

    Dog-friendly room. Inside.

Dog friendly! Clean, cute (dog house friendly) decor. Both women working were beyond welcoming and helpful to our family and my pup. They have a room in the back where you can eat with your dog. The women were so sweet, they asked if they could give Ruby a treat and then offered to bring out a bowl of water for her as well. All of their food is reasonably priced and they have the cutest little bar area to the right after walking in that I've yet to try. I ordered the Coney Island hot dog bowl and it was great, had to get a lid for the bowl because they give you so much food I had leftovers. It's a really nice place to stop for lunch or a snack!

Nice people. Gourmet-ish hot dogs and other yummies. Had a 'Great Dane' dog; w/Havarti mustard topped with potato sticks.

It's been at least a year since visiting TD because it's somewhat of a lengthy drive from where I live so, when passing by it's a convenient food option. So glad I stopped and revisited. My visit was mid afternoon with only a handful of customers in the place. I was instantly greeted with a friendly smile and hello, said I wanted to order a to-go and grab a beer as I waited. Melody at the bar was very friendly and accommodating as she served up a beer and walked me thru my food questions and order. Once I got home, it was chow time. The whole rack of ribs was deliciously moist, tender and flavorful as was the pulled pork I ordered for sandwiches. The sides included mayo based slaw (they have both vinegar and mayo slaw choices) and collard greens. The slaw was fresh and good but, the collards were very good! I should have also order the baked beans but was an oversight. I'll order the beans next time for sure and there will be a next time sooner than later. My late lunch/early dinner to-go was a delicious meal. Two Drummers staff is friendly, the food is very good and, if stopping to eat in the restaurant or to just have a beer/drink at the bar, the atmosphere is warm and comfortable. Definitely a good family owned business to patronize!

Berry Burrata 3/5 - Not my favorite, but still decent. Asian Chicken Wraps 3/5 - This was okay, just a little too saucy for me. Fried Green Tomatoes 5/5 - One of our favorites. They also came with fries or onion rings, funnel cake fries, and a drink of your choice. Two of the guys had the root beer and said it was pretty good. Now as for the dogs, the two guys that had the coneys were happy with them, although one was hoping for a little more spice from the chili, but it was by no means bad. The burnt ends dog was said to be pretty freaking good. As for the American dog, we'll that was a different story. It wasn't a bad dog, but it tasted like it had been boil cooked and not cooked on the griddle. Additionally, it wasn't really that warm. I guess warm is a good description for it. It would have been better if it was hot and you could see some cooking marks on it. Alas, it was and had neither. But again, it wasn't a bad dog, but it could have been much better. The onion rings were pretty tasty though, as were the funnel cake fries and crinkle cut fries. This night was Wednesday, so it was trivia night. At 6:30. At about 6:00 people really started to come in, and by 6:30, the place was packed. Guess trivia night is a big hit... The people working there were super friendly and you fealt as if they were happy to be there. I would have given it 5 stars, but tbe warm dog just brought my experience down a bit. But don't let that stop you from going there, because you'll probably have a good time with good food and good people.
