Still in love and will always be in love with Toastique. They offer juices and healthy snacks. The inside of the Union Market location is amazing with seating both inside and outside. The outside seating for sure is my favorite and is the perfect little nook to get some reading or work done. The green wall is a staple and it makes the space more vibrant. Everything is well kept and fresh, even down to the juices that they offer in their grab and go fridge. I will also note I love the bottles that their juices come in, they're great for repurposing for more juice or even a plant propagation jar :) Parking is extremely easy since there's a 3 hr parking garage right across the street. The coffee came from a pre-brewed jug but was notably good! The service was as good as could be asked for from counter service; the two workers were polite, patient, and helpful. The ambiance was hip and enjoyable, with groovy music--although perhaps a bit more so than is ideal at 9am. My biggest complaint about Toastique was their plastic silverware, which stood out because both my and my wife's forks snapped during our meal...it just wasn't strong enough for the hefty toast dishes. Toastique has a really cute set up and great service! I got their Tomato Buratta toast which was good but a little bland - it didn't have enough flavor. My husband got their Smoked Salmon toast and enjoyed it. They do load up the toast though so you get a good amount of food and the presentation is quite beautiful. So, I won't be getting the Tomato Buratta toast again, but I definitely want to go back to try the juices and smoothies! If you plan to sit in their outside area, be sure to wear bug spray or long pants/shirts as the mosquitos are out and aggressive at seemingly all hours. read more
