Food: Staff: Ambiance: Cleanliness: Ok so it was three for lunch today: My friends each got the gyro plate with french fries and I got the grilled chicken pita with french fries.... They raved about their gyros which were the traditional beef and lamb off the spinning spit. They both enjoyed their food and said it was very tasty with the cucumber sauce on it and in a toasted pita and the fries were perfectly hot and crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They had baklava for desert and they enjoyed it but it was on the too sweet side my friend said but had the flavors it's supposed to. Mine was and is a bit difficult to rate as I felt the chicken was undercooked and felt gummy, it was lacking the Greek chicken flavor, had cucumber sauce and on a toasted pita but it came with fries and they were made just right. Hot and crunchy on outside fluffy on inside and salted perfectly. As for the staff, the lady who took my order was very nice and she read my order back to me that why I felt like the kitchen staff didn't like following orders or misread mine, cause I asked her to make my chicken well done no pink anywhere but that's not the way I got it. As for the place, it has a nice little ambience and the restroom was extremely clean, and you see waitstaff going around and cleaning as people get up to leave. So that's a plus but as for my meal, it was not very good to me.... So I have to give it what I feel is a fair rating considering my meal wasn't great, but theirs was. As I always say "check it out for yourself and decide". Be safe. Peace out.

This location in Coconut Creek is bustling on weekends. However, it didn't take all that long for a table to become ready. There is also plenty of outside seating which is lovely on a cooler evening. Our server was super sweet and made us feel welcome and cared for! My husband and daughter shared a mix meats platter which they enjoyed and had plenty left to feast on the next day. As it was the seasonal restaurant month in Broward, I took advantage of their amazing fixe price offering. I shared with my family the shrimp saganaki appetizer. The tomato sauce was bursting with flavor and paired with the feta and shrimp (and pita) was perfection! My bronzini came with rice and potato. It was fresh and seasoned well. The portion was large, and so I also enjoyed leftovers the next day. We ended our evening with the fam sharing my decadent chocolate cake. That was a pleaser! I feel a little guilty for not visiting more often, but Ethos is going back in rotation. There are lots of menu options that I'm interested in as a pesco veggie.

We were warmly greeted and provided with our choice of where we wanted to sit.
