Toast is a great option for breakfast if you're ever visiting Nantasket Beach. I ordered the hash and eggs which were so delicious! Everything was cooked to perfection. The specialty coffee was pretty good as well - I had the mint mocha and my partner had the salted caramel mocha. Space itself was small with counter seating, a large table for big groups, and a few tables. We got there at 9:30am on a Saturday and it was packed already but waited a few minutes. Service was great! Quick and friendly.

I am still dreaming about my breakfast from here! I love a sweet breakfast so my husband and I decided to give Toast a try based on their menu and it did not miss. Toast is a cozy restaurant located almost steps away from Nantasket Beach. We got there on a Saturday morning around 9am and there was a small 10 minute wait. Once it was our turn, we were seated at the bar. All of their pancakes sounded amazing from the menu and I needed to have them all. The best part? You can with the Pancake Taco Trio. The dish came with a chocolate chip cannoli pancake taco, a s'moreo pancake taco, and a pancake taco stuffed with Nutella. I am not exaggerating when I say this is a MUST order. I loved all of the pancakes, but my absolute favorite was the Nutella one. Please be aware that Toast makes everything fresh and there are signs all around the restaurant explaining this. Because of that, you should have the expectation that your food will not come out immediately. Since we were heavily notified of what to expect, we didn't mind the 25 minute wait for our food. It was well worth it. Our server was great and always made sure to refill our waters. Toast is a small restaurant with a handful of tables and bar seating, so I would suggest coming early if you want to avoid a long waitlist. They do have a free parking lot outside the restaurant, but it is shared with other businesses. If you can't find parking, you can pay for beach parking right across the street. I will be returning whenever I make my way back to the Boston area!

This place is so cute for breakfast with full ocean views! We ordered veggie omlettes - which has mushrooms, broccoli, peppers and your choice of cheese (they have lots of options) and for dessert we ordered their banana bread swirl French toast which was delicious!!! We spent about 3 hours as we also worked on our laptops, the place was pretty full but not loud, service was fast and our breakfast was super hot! Our server Kristen was amazing and full of energy! Would definitely come here again!

Toast is all home made food prepared to order daily. Try the new Le Crookie but make sure to order it first as it takes 15-18 minutes to bake the croissant with cookie dough baked inside and on top with chocolate drizzled. The owner, cooks, and staff work very hard and are very nice. We like to support local businesses and visit Toast for breakfast all the time. The lunch menu is very good, too. Go to Hull and go to Toast.

Great job by all who work at toast great vibe here . I imagine it's a long wait in the summa prob need to get here early

Tiny note that lists the extra fee you will be charged.

Watch out for unknown fees added to your bill. I recently ate a toast and when I received my bill, there was an additional $3 charge added with the description of "administrative fee". There was no mention on the menu of extra charges. I was paying cash and didn't understand why I was being charged extra. The owners response was that this fee is stated on the bill as well as on the door. I understand that the extra fee was stated on the bill. But that's after the fact. Upon looking at at the doors, there was a very small note posted to the right of the door, below eye level stating the extra charges you should expect. See attached photo. No one walking into a restaurant would notice that tiny note. Regardless, a restaurant shouldn't be charging you extra fees. When I eat at a restaurant, I expect to pay the menu pricing for food, tax and tip. The owner also responded that these fees are common with restaurants. That is absolutely false. I eat at restaurants in and around Hull all the time and this is the only location the charges administrative fees. I once encountered a restaurant in Boston that had an extra fee during Covid. But this was clearly listed on their menu and website. If restaurants want to charge more they should simply raise their menu pricing. Don't surprise customers with an extra fee on their bill. Food was good, but not great. I would suggest Star's at Hingham Harbor or Stevie G's in Cohasset for a better overall breakfast.

What a place! The breakfast food is top notch, as well as the coffee. Also, we appreciated all the signs discouraging cell phone use inside.

Best breakfast on the south shore. It is a small location, and busy on the weekends so be prepared to wait.

Sat in dining room to the left as u enter. There was only one other group in there seated at the time. Good selection of drinks , menu on the smaller side for something for everyone. Waitress friendly but Took an unusually long time to get our drinks. They were very good however. We ordered our food and appetizers of oysters and clams . Our friends really enjoyed them. We ordered bread w spicy edamame humus which was very good but could have used more of the yummy toasted sourdough bread for the humus which was happily a big portion.Main entrees took again unusual long time to come out. At this time restaurant filling up. Restaurant can get very loud, had to raise our voices a bit while talking to hear one another. Entrees got thumbs up, herb chicken dinner, salmon burger, burger, Caesar salad was a side but big portion, delicious dressing , and fish tacos. Tacos were excellent. Fresh bit spicy, just the right size for 3 tacos. Overall food was very good and nice presentation, and I recommend, and I would go back, however service very slow but again friendly waitstaff and hostess. I took 1 star off due to slow service.

The space is big, so they were able to seat us right away with a good view too. Service overall was friendly. We ordered a lobster roll and some seafood. The portion sizes, especially the sides, were very generous. The fries were better than I expected (nice and crispy, not dry). The seafood tasted fresh. My favorite was the salt-pepper shrimp appetizer. I might not get the lobster roll again, because the meat was quite tough. Other than that, it was an excellent last stop of our trip :)

Knowing me I had to call to make sure that the seafood was wild caught and it was not farm raised. The hostess told me everything was fresh minus the salmon that was only farm raised. The wait was not that bad at all - they said a hour in a half but it was definitely shorter then that since a lot of other individuals have left because of the long wait. We probably only waited for about 20 - 30 min. Everything was delicious here from the raw seafood , calmaria and for my dinner entree I got the Schrood which was the wild caught cod , with mashed potatoes and coleslaw it was very very delicious. We also saw a celebrity at the restaurant as well which was very cool. Everyone was very nice there including the staff. I highly recommend going there.
