If the onion wasn't on it, it would only taste like bread. I have eaten subs at other Torminas where they make it with a generous amount of everything. I asked for a tormino sub. With sauce on side. I love the taste of their pizza. The only reason I didn't give a four is because I prefer a slightly thicker crust. Sorry but three stars is pretty generous considering. I ordered a small deluxe pizza with Cajun crust and no green peppers. Turns out there was no Cajun crust and plenty of green peppers. Also it was undercooked. Tried again with these guys. You can order through Yelp (Grubhub). Ordered a cheese pizza and a sub and was told delivery would take an hour. Got an email with an update that it would be closer to 90-105 minutes. Figure between it being a Saturday night and COVID that they're busy and possibly understaffed. A step down from frozen pizza, little Caesar's or even chuckie cheese. Crust so thin you couldn't pick it up to eat it. Toppings all under cheese making it very difficult to remove any for a child. I've been ordering from here for a few months now. Normally it takes like 15 minutes to get the employees to understand what you want, when they do they sometimes mess it up which is fine. My issue is that we spent around $80 on pizza and we were given meat when we ordered vegetarian. As this was incorrect, we contacted the store and they said they'd remake it. 5 minutes later someone called me and tried to argue with me about what we ordered. I'm all for small business and private owners but this owner clearly has no idea how to run a business. It was embarrassing to receive two phone calls about their own misunderstanding. This pizza was HUGE! We ordered the 24" pizza (cheese and pepperoni) and had a coupon, paying only $19.99! The pizza was actually really good too. The sauce is on kind of sweet (which I prefer) rather than savory and thinner instead of thick/chunky and there was a lot of cheese (yum!). Pizza is pizza and they do a decent job. Pretty quick delivery and decently tasting pizza. They have a lot of coupons in the paper but the price they charged us was actually cheaper than what the coupon said, which was odd. We moved to the area almost a year ago and just discovered Toarminas tonight. Its a hidden treasure! It appeared as though three generations of legit italian dudes were running the place. Hot as hell inside but a decent selection of fairly priced pies. We got the BLT, a Meatfest, and a pepperoni and all three were super delicious! The crust is fantastic. Good sauce. Yummy meats. Absolutely great pizza! This place was literally a 30 second drive from a Donatello's Pizza, Hungry Howies Pizza and a Little Caesars Pizza.
