My one star knock is for 2 reasons: 1) I spaced packing q-tips and called the front desk for some. They didn't have any, which was sort of a shock...most hotels have an "emergency" kit or a small gift kiosk offering simple items that are easily forgotten by travelers. 2) My room faced a parking lot which wasn't a big deal, however they were doing some kind of demolition that began around 6:30a. The next morning, the young man who checked me out kindly let me know that next time I can request a quiet room to avoid the noise. A great tip! Neither 1 nor 2 is a deal breaker.
