Dropped in for my little puppers birthday and I was greeted by Kabrina as soon as I walked in the door showing me the birthday wall next to the bakery case( which had a wide variety of treats from cookies, premade cakes ect). I explored the isles that had way more selection than the location by my house cages were clean and plenty of crickets for reptiles. I noticed the lone kitten Dani that Kabrina almost had me adopt look soooo cute I almost took her maybe I'll be back for her. Then I was shown the bath area which is a nice upgrade with fully stocked baths. Overall this trip was way more than what I expected and will make the drive again with my little fur baby

Our new favorite pet store!…read more This store is so clean and super dog-friendly -- exactly what every pet parent hopes for. One of the workers even took the chew out of my hand and replaced it with one of better quality -- then kept swapping until we found the perfect one for my dog. Not all chews are the same, and they really took the time to help us get the one that looked the best. That kind of care is amazing and rare! The staff clearly loves dogs, and it really shows. We also used the pet wash stations -- clean, easy to use, and the store less busy than PetSmart. Great prices too. We'll definitely be back!

The woman who checked my dogs in was very thorough going over what I wanted done to each one of my two dogs (head, muzzle, body, tail), and she even took notes of my preferences which I loved, because I always worry in the chaos of the day they'll forget! My only downside is that they only take cash or check, a little inconvenient, but not a deterrent for me! My dogs looked SO good upon pickup, and they smell so lovely. I will definitely be returning!

Initially , I wanted a mobile groomer to come to my home for my dog's comfort until I found out that they take themselves more seriously than the Navy SEALs do. Meanwhile, Shannon's assured me that they had a tub that would accommodate my older, larger dog who desires comfort at all times. It was easy to get an appointment and they were clear about their processes and rules. They were ready for my dog on time and he was sparkling clean and ready to go an hour later. The cost was good for a short haired dog that doesn't need a lot of fussy clipping or styling. He told me on the ride home that he liked it there and everyone was nice to him, so I will gladly come here again when he needs his next bath and groom.

Going with a new groomer can be iffy, especially if you're nervous about how you want your dog(s) to appear. Dropped my Collies off today at 1:45 and they were done a bit before 4:00. My Collie boy has massive amounts of hair, and my female does not. Jo did everything I asked her to, and I was very impressed with her work and her professionalism. She even cleaned out my boy's ears. Huh...maybe that's why he isn't paying attention. LOL I am definitely going back. I don't normally leave reviews, but I had to in this instance. Thanks again, Jo, for good service.

I was a…read moreloyal customer for years -- I first brought my dog here over nine years ago, and we always had great experiences. We moved due to military orders, but when we recently returned to the area, I tried to schedule an appointment again, and they declined me. They told me they were only accepting clients who had been there before, even after I explained that we were previous clients and had brought the same dog multiple times before having to leave because of military orders. They still refused to groom her. They also said they would add me to a waitlist over a year ago, yet I've never heard anything back. It's disappointing to see how much their customer service has changed, especially after being loyal for so long.

What they recently did to my puppy was inexcusable. They didn't take the time to groom her. they just shaved her down because they said she was severely matted . She wasn't that bad it was just her legs were a little matted. I went in there with a yorkie puppy and came out with a Chihuahua. I think Snooty should be ashamed of themselves, and when I said that they shaved her down the smart response I got back was "I didn't shave her down as short as I could have". snooty used to be a great place, but not anymore.
