THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE LOCATION IN THE BELCAMP. It just doesn't show it on the map. I went to take my dog in for a nail trimming and to get a small trim on his paws in the 15 minutes that I waited for that service I looked around the shop. Although the shop is small they packed so much I found myself going through isles multiple times. This place doesn't have food options for pets that big companies have but they look so much better at this location. All natural donuts ice cream yogurt supplements the staff was very helpful and answered any questions that I haveThe endless amount of treats had my dog in a frenzy I'm so looking forward to going back to this location for the great associates that service and abundant supply of products read more

We will never again, under any circumstances, patronize Pet Nirvana. After 10 years of not only grooming, but buying our dogs food, toys and treats; this week we were treated SO rudely, smirked at, overcharged, and told untruths. Plus our poor dog looks terrible and unrecognizable. Haircut so short like she was "scalped". Virtually ALL her hair was shorn off for no reason. (So much for our Christmas photos). She has never had a haircut that short in all our years we have been going there. This is not a way to maintain customers. As far as a review; Pet Nirvana rates a minus zero. read more

This is like the Whole Foods of pet stores! Haha, seriously it's amazing. They have top of the line, healthy pet food and snacks. As far as grooming, Victoria is the absolute best groomer I've ever worked with. She's so friendly and personable, and you can tell that she really cares about your animals just as much as you do. read more

Do NOT take your pets here. This was my third and final attempt with Pet Nirvana. Not only the DRAMATIC price increase but my poor dogs. I have two Golden Retrievers - one is docile and the other a little spazz but in the best way ever, they are GLODENS. When dropping the dogs off we did ask for a shorter cut - NOT SHAVED. When we arrived and the bill was 40 more each dog since July. There was no explanation except that my dogs were really hard and things have gotten bad for the shop. The woman stated how she had to fire people and times were tough. I was just thrown off because it was not stated when dropping the dogs off of the increase. I paid the bill and let it go UNTIL they brought my beautiful boys out COMPLETELY shaved. Goldens should never be shaved. One was still bleeding where they must have gotten to close. The other was so traumatized he cowered all afternoon. It was AWFUL. Feb 2023 $ 85.00, July $100. December $140. read more

Started going to Pet Nirvana as I lived close. My first and only groomer experience - I was pleased with services being offered. They have recently expanded and moved (business must be good) and service has declined. I will never take my dog back to the Belcamp location. She was extremely upset when she came home. Sticking with the Bel Air location, I have called and even visited to schedule appointments and was never called back. This didn't happen once but twice and now it's time to find a new groomer. I appreciate the services offered but a callback even if it's to say we don't have any appointments is the preferred way of doing business. read more

Bentley, my standard poodle, has come here three times to be groomed, and Victoria does a great job. The whole shop is lovely, including the resident cats and the staff is always very friendly and helpful read more

Honestly - besides my dog being a total spazz, I really enjoyed taking her here to get her nails clipped. I warned the lady prior to cutting Zoey's nails that she genuinely hates it and she was so patient and assured me that her behavior was not out of the ordinary. I was really happy with the experience and she also gave me tips for how to calm Zoey down for our next visit. I highly recommend & I will be going back! read more

Pet Nirvana - Zoey - Back home, after getting her nails clipped. - Pet Groomers Near Me - Bel Air, Maryland

Horrible experience! I have been many times, usually good experience. The last few times I noticed things going down hill. Wash tub rooms are not maintained well and shampoo products, if you have them are watery. Today, the room was not set up. Ms. Becky claims they had to fix something but let me go in. I asked for shampoo and conditioner two times. I got the shampoo but never conditioner. My large dog kept tripping in to the tub drain hole because there was no cover. The dryer and the towels were on the opposite side of the back of the room. There was no leash to hold your dog and the ramp was on the other side of the room. if you have ever used these tubs, you can't leave your dog to ask for help. Becky never came to finish setting up the room, was absolutely rude and cussed at me because I yelled! She did walk past the room a few times but NEVER checked on me. It's a shame because this used to be nice when Carrie was there. I will not go back, they have lost a long time customer! read more

My family and I have shopped at the pet Nirvana location in Churchville for years now. We will not be back. I shopped there on October 30, 2020 and the employees were not wearing masks. That is unacceptable - they obviously don't care about the health of their customers. Will shop elsewhere from now on read more

Love Pet Nirvana with friendly staff and they found great sturdy harness for my hyperactive Bostonhuahua. I would highly recommend this store. read more

PetNirvana in Bel Air is a very accommodating store. Owner Kary has gotten the raw food in that I feed my two Norwegian Elkhounds and my kitty food . There are 2 "spa" rooms where mom or dad can bathe their babies and a discount on bathing is offered when you get your food there. So give PetNirvana a shout and see Pudgy the beautiful store kitty read more

And as if her behavior of billing my card and marking my order "shipped", when she didn't have the merchandise, wasn't bad enough. Then she sent me an email stating she issued a credit, but never did. I had to dispute the charge thru my credit card company to get my money back. She sat on it for almost 2 weeks. AVOID this place, like the plague... read more

Excellent experience getting my dog's nails clipped and buying treats. I usually clip her nails myself, but I have trouble with avoiding the vein so I decided to try professionally. The staff were all very friendly. Additionally, there's a massive selection of dog treats, food and toys-- more than at the Petsmart nearby. I'd imagine there's also a large selection of cat food and toys, but as I don't have a cat, I didn't look in those aisles. I'll certainly be reccomending my friends bring their dogs here for grooming! read more
