I told her exactly what I wanted and the communication was excellent. I came back to pick Hendrix up from daycare and he was beautifully groomed and tired from running all day. It was GREAT! :). If your dog is a member of the daycare, they just add her bill to your overall bill. It was just so easy. Unlike the ear test from Maryland Mobile, 3 days later and there is NO EAR WAX. Melissa actually cleaned his ears and didn't just say she did. And he smells AMAZING! It's been a while since his fur looked so shiny. I feel I can trust my pup with her.

Nearly every complaint is met with the same pattern: it's always the customer's fault, or she claims there's "no account under that name," implying the reviewer must have the wrong business. Instead of addressing legitimate concerns, she dismisses them and questions customers' credibility. Customer service starts with accountability, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here. Given the number of reviews describing the same experience, it's difficult to believe they're all mistaken, but I genuinely hope the dogs of Baltimore end up in places where both they and their owners are treated with respect.

Once you have gone through the initial enrolling process and gotten into their system, you fill in a request for service online and they contact you within 24 hours (usually it is closer to 12 hours). During stays, Best Friends Fur Ever have great communication. Sometimes they will upload pictures. They will reach out with any issues they have and respond quickly if you have any questions. The employees here clearly love dogs. No matter who the employee is, when we go to drop our dog off they get really excited to see our dog. He, in turn, gets excited to see them. We love that Best Friends Fur Ever will take care of grooming needs while we are away. If possible, they will trim nails, bathe them and express their anal glands. Finally, the biggest reason we choose Best Friends Fur Ever, is our dog always seems well taken care of when we return to get him. If he is happy, we are happy.
