This restaurant was recommended by a friend and I'm glad she did. I am happy to know that that there aren't many Vietnamese restaurants up here in the high desert that is this exceptional. The staff are friendly and prompt in making your food. The food is delightful and delicious. They make it fresh to order. Their dessert and drinks are pleasing as well. The restaurant is clean and organized. I also noticed that their seats are always push in and not all over the place. Tables are always cleaned after a customer dines in. DO NOT come here, these people are very racist, rude, and distasteful, including the boss Tom. i'd like the start off by saying i just left this restaurant and won't be coming back, i don't know if they know that most of their demographic of people who come in are hispanic, i came in and overheard they were upset that it was slow and said "the mexicans are hiding" from the boss Tom while sue laughed. while we are on the topic of sue, she is VERY rude to most customers, along with rude she was extremely sick one time and didn't cover her mouth while coughing and i believe she had gotten myself sick along with the rest of my family with the flu. i see how poorly the bosses treat certain employees, and they are very loud especially sue. i overheard sue yelling in the kitchen about how a customer near me was stupid because she had gotten their order wrong. usually when i order my food my waiter disappears for long periods of time. i came here 4 times to see if they were having a bad day the first few times but no that is just how they are and made sure to ask for their names because the first time i came in from a guy randy who also gave me attitude because their behavior was inappropriate from the start. the food was okay but it isn't worth giving money to these people. 0/10 read more

I'd been wanting to try this place and finally got the chance. First of all, when you walk in this place is beautiful on the inside and the staff is so friendly. I ordered to go, egg rolls and a pho soup with rare beef steak. They said ten minutes but I got it sooner. When I got home I was so pleasantly surprised by how beautifully everything was packaged! steak was separate so I could cook it in the broth, I got all of the veggies and sauces. Everything was perfect! They even put the little spoon in there which is not something I normally get at other places. Now on to the food itself: it was absolutely delicious! Everything was perfect. I am the ONLY person in the restaurant and once my food was served, I NEVER saw my waitress again. I needed a refill half way though my meal and nobody ever came. Came in late last night for my 1st time at 8:15pm. The server thought I was waiting for a to go order though I was seated in a booth in back not in the empty seats up front. Ordered the large pho #5, spring rolls and a Thai tea at about 8:35 after flagging down the server who was very sorry. I always go down the hill for pho, but after work that's all I could think about. So happy I chose this spot. Broth was rich and delicious. Could taste and smell all the spices which I feel is lacking most other places. A lot of the time I add hoisin and sriracha, but I could not bring myself to ruin the flavor of this broth by adding sauce. Food came out quick, I was done and at the register at 9:00pm on the dot. I will say this about all the negative reviews. Definitely don't be in a rush. Seems like they were pretty short staffed. Which seems to be common since COVID. We have a huge shortage of workers. HAIR IN PHO I ordered number 5 beef noodle soup comes with rare steak, brisket, and tendon. It came with the human hair from eyelids. However they told me it comes from a tendon. If that came from a tendon, they should've washed it throughly before they made a soup. Also I've never pho soup with a hair like these from any other pho place. The other pho places also used the tendon too, Why don't they have a hair in a soup from the tendon then? If tendone comes with hair as "To Pho" waitress said. It was pretty good my husband had the fried rice so flavorful. The only thing that I had trouble with this place that's why doesn't have a five star. Is the service they didn't ask if we wanted something to drink I had to ask the waiter . And then we didn't get a drink right away we got it right when we got the food.
