The food was yummy and fresh, but the presentation and service could be improved. I'll still come back because I like the seasoning here. We ordered a couple of spring rolls, stir-fried chicken pho, and shaking beef with steamed rice. The portion of the stir-fried pho was larger than the shaking beef dish. The noodles in the stir-fried pho were a little chewy, but I loved the bean sprouts, celery, and onions that came with it. It was a little saucy, which was great. The shaking beef dish didn't use any special cut of beef. They also didn't ask how we wanted the beef cooked; it came out well-done. There weren't enough bell peppers in the dish either. My family and I love this place! They have delicious pho and boba too. Their spring rolls are also great!

My youngest daughter and I were on the search for a boba joint in The Mall of Victor Valley (TMOVV). We found Pho-licious in the food court that makes the infamous Pho Beef Noodle Soup. We didn't try their Pho at the time, but we'll definitely be back to try it later. Our focus was on the boba drink LOL. We ordered 1 Original Milk Tea + boba, 1 Sea Cream Vietnamese Coffee w/ no boba, and 1 Peach Oolong Tea + lychee jelly (+$1.00 for extra topping). It's cute how their receipt says "Tealicious" similar to their business name "Pho-licious". Please note they will charge extra for no ice (this is a first I've heard of this, but hey, every business is different in handling the no ice dilemma LOL)... I'm assuming they will fill the drink up to the top especially if they are going to charge you for no ice. It's basically the same thing when boba shops take off 2 inches from the top of your drink when you ask for no ice and doesn't charge you extra for it. Best to ask for easy ice... they won't charge you extra for easy ice... thank goodness! All three boba drinks were good except for the Sea Cream Vietnamese Coffee... it was too strong for me and it doesn't beat Lee Sandwiches Vietnamese Iced Coffee. Staff was nice and pleasant. Prices were okay... nothing too outrageous. We'll be back to try their noodle soups and other drinks. Just grateful they exist for us to enjoy. Girl bye this is the most disappointing bowl of pho I've had in a hot minute, and to be honest, I've been here before and the pho was light years better so maybe it's a consistency issue? But I'd like to see that fixed. Anyways, my pho came out and the bowl was overcrowded with noodles, which isn't always a problem, but these noodles were definitely overcooked (they kept breaking) and had a weird type of texture to their bite. They also just tasted really weird? But idk maybe that was the overcooked part. Some good things about this place: good service, good chicken wings, lots of meat in the pho! and generally good vibes, but this disappointment of pho ruined my entire experience :'( read more

I'm leaving this review for my brother bc he was so upset, he wanted others to know. This might be a long one. Lol . He hasn't been here in a while and heard there were new owners and more dishes. Well, he came in to eat and the boba line was extremely long with 2 boys working it. No one greeted him hello. He waited a long 3 mins as the owner greeted others that walked in. So finally, the boy working said seat yourself. After surveying the tables... every table was dirty... see pic. He asked where do you want me to sit? His son found a table waaay in the back... sat for 10 mins still no menus.. so he walked up and snapped wtf!!! Owner still ignoring him. What do you have to do to get a menu here. One of the customers inline even asked whats wrong. 1 of the boys gave him 1 menu to share. Honestly, I would have left a long time ago. But I guess he was determined to eat pho. He ran over in a minute to take his order but come on.. you just gave me the menu.. after the meal the boy just dropped off the rcpt. So my bro walked up to the kid and said I wanted to give you a tip. And the boy straight up said he didn't think he deserved a tip. Honestly have no complaints. My supervisor took a couple of us here last month for pho and Thai tea with boba and it was pretty good. Not the best IMO, but worth coming back for. I lived in Rancho Cucamonga and Newport Beach before moving up here so I've had some pretty amazing pho that I compare all pho to. Today I got a grilled pork sandwich and shrimp spring rolls with a Thai tea with boba. All of it was great. Perfect meal for lunch that won't drag down your energy. So we got the stone bowl pho, spring rolls, egg rolls, fried calamari, matcha mango boba and tarp boba. Fast, friendly service and staff. Everything was delicious. The pho stone bowl at first didn't seem like it was a lot but all the meat was a great choice especially the ox tail! The fried calamari has good seasoning. I love the peanut sauce for the spring rolls one of my favorites. The egg rolls were a tad over cooked but it happens. Still good. I have found my new favorite flavor of boba tho! Okay, I'm going to give a 1 time pass, and still rate this restaurant a 4.4, BUT! You're wrong for this!!!! I've ordered from here several times, I get the same thing every time shrimp pho, chicken fried rice.and milk tea with boba. Pho is a 10/10 consistently but the milk tea is hit or miss, sometimes it's sweet, which I love, and sometimes it's not. But the fried rice?!?!?!? They pissed me tf off!!! First few times I got it, soooooo good, last time,... MEH but this time? Why is it burnt?!?!? Like... why?? They obviously chard pieces of the chicken then combined everything in that same burnt up ass pot! Which has now ruined the dish and It smells AND tastes very much burnt! Now hear me out.... The chicken by itself was good, gave it a barbecued type of vibe. So had they made the fried rice in a clean wok, then folded the chicken in, it would have been great! My family was all done eating and I asked for a refund the girl was trying to avoid it by having me wait. She kept disappearing off to the kitchen and hiding. The man at the register I told him I want a refund and he said ok but then kept running off to the kitchen. Eventually my friend came Up and complained and so he gave us the refund but then decided to keep the tip saying he couldn't give it back. Then she said you can take it out of the tip jar. He took it from the register and was all huffy about it. Why would I tip for service and food that I never received. They really need to close down until they can get more staff sorry to say. I have been at this restaurant once. It was at the beginning of 2020, when I have visited my family in High Desert region. It is a small Vietnamese restaurant, selling mostly noodle soup. The meal, that I have ordered, was really delicious. It was really tasty. The price was quite fair. Furthermore, they prepared that meal quite quickly. There were no lines, when I have ordered a meal. Of course, it might have been due to the fact, that I came in the evening. So, I would recommend to come by this establishment in the evening!
