The pho was delicious! It was such a nice surprise to have authentic pho on the drive to LA from Laughlin. The broth was rich and flavorful. There was plenty of meat. The ambiance was clean and simple like most pho shops. There's a huge free parking lot as this is in a strip mall off the I-15. Like what other have said, the service is almost non-existent. A server takes your order. He's not rude, but he's matter of fact. The food comes out amazingly fast...under 2 minutes for the pho. But after the food is dropped off, they don't check on you again. Which wouldn't really have been a problem except they brought our crispy egg rolls to another table. We had to flag down the server to let him know we never got them and then had to make sure it was taken off the bill. I highly recommend for the pho and quick service. Just know that the service won't be friendly. read more

The person who looked like the owner charged an extra $3 for asking for more hot soup without telling us in advance, and he treated us very rudely, which made me feel very uncomfortable and upset. The facts are: 1. There were two of us, and we ordered one large rare steak pho and one pork chop. 1 menu per person. 2. I asked for an extra bowl so I could share some of my large pho with my husband. 2. After sharing a little, I realized the soup was not hot enough to cook the rare steak properly. 3. I asked for extra hot soup because the meat was still undercooked. 4. When I paid, I saw an extra $3 charge so asked what it was for, he said, "For extra soup. You guys shared the pho so~~~" I still paid the full amount but left $0 tip. Whether we shared or not, I ordered a large pho, and the soup was not hot enough to begin with. He treated us like people who try to avoid ordering one dish per person, and his attitude was very rude and disrespectful. This is one of my top few places in the high desert. My favorite is To Pho. I like their broth. Their food is always made fresh. They have a decent variety. The only issue I have is the language barrier between the waiter and the customers sometimes because of the language barrier he doesn't understand what you're ordering. The one star less because of the language barrier. The menu was hard to for me to decipher. I had questions but couldn't get answers and I didn't order anything else due to the confusion. This place has been here for years. It was time for a revisit. It has changed owners several times but the food is still very good. I tried the combination pho, the beef rib pho, and the oxtail pho on three separate visits. Beef rib pho is not a usual offering anywhere so I will order it whenever I find it on a menu (or posted on a piece of paper on the wall in some restaurants). Oxtail pho is also rare to find. The pho broth here is flavorful. All the meats in their pho were tender and rich tasting. I ordered their crispy rolls. They are fried to order and very fresh tasting, one of the best egg rolls up here in the High Desert. You can get a half order of two if there isn't a dining companion to share with. Eat the rolls wrapped with the lettuce and herbs provided and dip in the sauce. I don't know why some people leave the fresh greens behind on the plate. They will lighten up the fried food and make it healthier. Their grilled meats and shrimp with rice dishes are also a must order. The grilled pork is lean and tasty with a nice charred flavor. There is also a pork chop version that is very good, too. Definitely order a Vietnamese iced coffee here to go with your meal. They tend to get busy during lunchtime so come either earlier or later. The man at the front didn't have very good customer service but I see in the reviews that that's not very new. Idk what his problem was but he then tossed my card onto the counter. Unknowingly, my mom also had a bad encounter with him on the phone as he wasn't very pleasant when she placed the order. Found this little gem nearby the Garden Inn and it's a walkable distance away which is nice. I ordered the fried egg rolls, seafood pho and Thai ice tea no boba. Egg rolls were good with 4 to an order. Came with lettuce, mint and fish sauce which when combined altogether was delish! The Thai ice tea was also good and tasted like Thai ice tea lol (don't know what to say here lol). Seafood pho was very good. As in the past, it's all about the broth. The broth is very tasty. Came in with my family for some noodles. At first they acted all nice, then the real worst customer service and attitudes start coming out. We ordered boba, coffee and we give it a try on the soup bowl with the bone. It came out, we saw that the soup was luke warm and the bone had a bite mark in the meat part. We said, " hey look. Somebody took a bite out of the meat part on the bone." It's weird. We told the guy, then he came out with a tiny piece of meat. Not even a bone with the meat. They never replaced the bowl of soup.
