INCREDIBLE service! The techs had great customer service, as we booked an appointment for 5 members of a bridal party and they got us all in and out with manicures and pedicures within an hour. All our nails look stunning. It was also pouring when we left the nail salon and one of the staff members walked us each out to our cars with an umbrella! Cannot say enough sweet things about this naul salon. Would recommend to anyone! read more

I went to this location because a friend of mine goes for gel X nails and loves them. The first day I went, my entire left hand (not my thumb) popped off hours later like I had stick on Nails so I just thought that it didn't cure properly. I drove back the next day they fixed the four, and I went home. Hours later, my right hand began to pop off. I went back the next day. They fixed my whole right hand and my left thumb just for safe measure so then I had them all redone. Mind you I went here to get my nails looking nice because I had a baby shower that I am hosting on Saturday as well as a fancy dinner that I am attending. On the fourth day my left hand again began to pop off. Just for reference i work at a desk and I had been making cake for the baby shower so I was washing my hands a lot, but I still don't see how the Nails wouldn't stay. On the fourth day I just went back and asked for a refund which they did provide. The staff was nice and friendly, but sadly I will not be going back. I don't live in Brighton, I live in a nearby city so 4 trips to the store was a bit much for me. read more

For some reasons Google doesn't show my review on their Google business page, so I'm going to drop it here. Pros: - Great turnover time as I needed quick nails for an event. - Looks furnished. - Complimentary drinks. Cons: - Unprofessional staffs. They forced me into using the unnecessary services even I stated multiple time that I did not need. Talked in Chinese if I didn't agree to get the services advertised. - Unsanitary. They did not sanitize their tools in between the clients, and reused the old file and buffer on me. - Nails were ugly. My dipped nails were too thick; if only I had time I would ask for a fix, but oh well. Overall: 0/5 stars. I will not be back to give my money to the thief. And I am sorry for spending my money on YOU! read more

I went in for a dip manicure. The staff was nice, but the quality wasn't great. It was not very clean-the tools didn't come out of a sealed package. My manicure chipped after only six days. Very disappointing for $45 before tip. I won't be returning. read more

I love TNC Nails. I wish I lived closer so I could frequent them. Connie did my wedding gel manicure & pedicure back in October 2019, and I was so happy with her attention to detail and the job she did. Today I took my Aunt for manicures while visiting, and Connie did a beautiful job on her manicure (not pictured). Today I had the pleasure of meeting Angela for my dip manicure. Angela is amazing - her technique is pristine, and she cares about getting it right. She did such a as lovely job. This salon is so clean too, and great hard plastic dividers up on the manicure stations. All employees wore their masks. I highly recommend Connie and her team at TNC Nails. Great people. read more

The vibe was nice and there was one really nice male worker who was welcoming and helpful. It was my first time going here after sticking to the same nail salon for a while so I was a bit nervous. The girl doing my nails dipped my nail in powder like 20 times and it looked like polish mountain and my nail beds looked 2x the size and very uneven. They ended up having to take them off and the girl seemed really angry and all 3 workers were hovering over me talking which gave me a lot of anxiety. While I was getting my pedicure, they had me soak both of my hands in acetone to take the nails off while getting my toes done so it was impossible to relax. After the nails came off, I assumed they would have me wash off my hands because they were cracking and peeling from being in alcohol for so long but they continued to do my nails while they were cracking and at that point I was just a waiting to leave. I give them 3 stars because I was happier with the final result and the pedicure would have been relaxing if it wasn't for the acetone extravaganza, and the guy was so sweet to me and seemed to feel empathetic since the girl was being a bit snappy. I would also like to add that my natural nails are destroyed and I was in pain a lot (my nail beds felt like they were on fire lol) so there's that. For a basic pedicure and acrylics with gel polish I paid 122 in total. I will not be coming back but I wish the sweet male worker the best, just trying to help for newbies. I would recommend My Nail Spa on grand river if you haven't tried it. Update: I took a star off because two of my nails fell off after 2 days :( read more

The color selection I was given to pick from was quite small and not a lot of variety. The nail tech I had did an okay job but was sooo slow. My cuticles are still rough looking and the "massage" was a glob of lotion that wasn't even rubbed in before taking a hot towel to wipe it all off. He took an extremely long time... like over an hour and a half for a full set (with nothing to remove before starting either). The place also had a very gross smell. It was not clean, the clippers, cuticle tools, etc. were pulled from the side of the table (telling me they were not brand new or sterilized tools). I won't be returning. read more

Selfishly, I've put off writing this review because I'd like to keep TNC Nails to myself, but here we are... I moved into the area this past summer after accepting a job offer at UofM. I quickly began working to find new favorites. After a horrible experience at A2 Nails, I gave TNC Nails a try and I'm so very happy I did. Without question, this is my absolute favorite nail salon of all time and I've lived in 4 states over the past 5 years so I've done this process a time or two. From my very first visit at the salon, I've always felt celebrated and appreciated. I once went in for a late morning appointment on my day off and the owner made me lunch before I left the salon. Just genuinely awesome humans. Connie will ask me for updates about things I casually mentioned months prior- she really cares about her clients and the work she does and it absolutely shows. Plot twist: I asked her to schedule me for a fill and pedi two weeks out during my first salon visit. Her response: if you have to come here every two weeks, I haven't done my job. See you next month. ...and my nails still look good four weeks out- no chips, no cracks, no worries. I'll be sticking to Connie like glue. read more

Went in for a last min shellac mani/pedi on a Thursday. There was no wait and I was greeted by a very friendly face. They made me feel very comfortable. Colleen and heather did my mani and pedi. I had a bad hangnail from a previous bad pedi and they took their time to make sure they corrected the issue. They were very detailed and professional. Today my stepdaughter treated me to a pedi for my upcoming birthday. We were warmly greeted and were able to sit side by side while being pampered. The chairs were comfortable; all tools were sterilized in individual packages ensuring a clean, custom treatment. Connie was warm, friendly, and pleasant while taking great care of our feet.
