WOMEN BEWARE. two men did pedicures for my mom and I. an older one, and a younger one. immediately upon being seated i received comments on my "s*xy" appearance. i was dressed modestly, although that should not matter. i felt incredibly uncomfortable when comments were made to my 60 year old mother on having a "s*xy daughter". they were so preoccupied with laughing and whispering like children that my gel is already lifting. i haven't been able to shake the creepy and invasive feeling they left me with. i'd post a photo of the horrible pedicure but i truly never want those people to lay eyes on me again. it felt like an experience they should have paid ME for. read more

The first time I went to this nail salon I got a full set and not even a day later a nail broke off. I gave them a second chance and got my fill done here which ended up being $80 . Less than a week later two more nails broke (my sets elsewhere last weeks with no issues) I came in to get them fixed and they said it would be $20 to fix them. Walk-in gel manicure. The worker said that they were under staffed. I understood and sat down and waited. I was called to a seat pretty quickly. The worker finished another customer and started my nails. Her demeanor was quick and she was rude. No time for consultation or talk about what I wanted. My gel manicure was completed in 30 minutes. I had nail polish on my skin and asked if she would take it off. She dug her nail into My skin to remove the excess polish. She greeted 8 customers while I was getting my nails done and her focus was on the door instead of my nails. I'm not Impressed with the service. One nice comment- the interior looks nice. My friend and I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and they were pretty busy. We were still seated for a pedicure after about 10 minutes. They have good massage chairs and the inside of the space feels upscale. The prices seem reasonable as well. I got a shellac pedicure and the tech did a very good job trimming and painting, very precise (no pain and no paint outside the edges). The sugar scrub and massage was brief but nice. read more

Been a long time customer. Then suddenly I'm charged for dip removal that was put on in my previous appointment. Also was told they wouldn't stamp my card because I was paying with a card. It used to be 1 for a charge 2 for cash. I have brought many family members and friends here for years. Worst nail experience I have EVER had. Very rude and unprofessional. I was charged $85 for a FILL. She was rude the whole time, sighed when I asked her to reshape, and was overall rushed and rough on my nails. After I asked for them to be fixed, as I was unhappy with how they looked (and they were $85 so I wanted to at least like how my nails looked), I was told I was going to have to pay again. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!!!! And if you're young, DO NOT GO THERE!! They will take advantage of you and overcharge you. Absolutely unacceptable. Oh AND, make sure you ask how much your nail design will be before you get them done because I was charged $30 for a GOLD LINE (that I could have done at home) without being told it would be that much. I came in with very little knowledge and because of that, I felt taken advantage of and was pressured into getting a full acrylic set. It very clearly said $40+ on the board yet despite getting single color short nails, was charged $55. Also, I wasn't sure about the color and when I was deciding the nail tech was visibly annoyed with me, throwing up her hands and saying "I can't read your mind!" I really liked this place! Anh did my nails and did a great job. To start off, it was extremely clean. Not just clean as in they wash everything, but everything is crisp. The chairs are nice, stylish, comfy, it's not run down and raggedy. Decor is very modern. It's a clean place. They have two walls full of polish! They have regular, shellac, and dip. I liked that I didn't feel pressure when picking a color. It wasn't super rush rush. Nice feeling! Anh was very friendly. She took her time doing my nails. I got the regular pedicure. It came with sugar scrub and lotion massage as well as hot stones. The foot bath had a plastic lining. There were TV's you could watch and they had on neutral shows which I appreciate. Nothing political or sports like other places I've been to. The massage chairs worked as typical ones do! I did a shellac manicure. She did a great job. Trimmed nails, filed, buffed, soaked, all of the good stuff! She took her time with my manicure like she did the pedicure. I'm going to go back to her as a regular. They had plenty of staff working. I made an appointment so got in right away, but I don't think I would have had to wait even if I hadn't made an appointment. Prices are comparable to other salons. $35 for shellac mani and $35 for basic pedi. Defenitely my new go to. read more

I was referred by a friend. Went there they felt they had to remove old tips to put new ones on and then needed to charge me. The new tips lasted 2 weeks when they popped off. Went in spent over $200 for pedi/mani/fill and they are unwilling to punch my card for a $10 discount after the 12th visit. Bc I paid with card. They lost a $200 a month customer for their policy of no punch if paying with card. I gave a very nice tip every time I go. You should look at the big picture that would be $2400 plus tip for $10 off. You would have received. Not worth my time or money. read more

they drill your nails down so much there is literally a small flap of nail left, they never ever are consistent on price to the point where they charged me and my friend two different prices for the same exact thing. the other or whoever answers the phone is the absolute worst. she is mean but also gets mad if you tell her even that you want the nails a little shorter. if you have a reservation or appointment expect to not have your spot when you get there because that means nothing to them. they put walk ins over appointments all the time. overall worst nail salon i've been to in the area after multiple attempts. there is a younger man and a younger women who are good but other than them there's no hope for you here trust me. the vibe is just horrible read more

WORST pedicure experience! My mom is unable to do her own feet because of chronic debilitating spine problems and currently suffering from a broken collar bone. I was charged $60 for a shellac fill, because I have "long" nails. I went to the same place a year ago, nails the same length, and I was charged $45. I did not return because my nails begin shipping immediately after leaving, I went back twice to have them corrected, before deciding this place it's not for me. Today, I Watched one of the nail techs give herself a pedicure, while customers were there and waiting. Totally unprofessional, and she didn't wash her hands afterwards, before waiting on another person. Not impressed. There were three of us. Two of us had manicures and pedicures. The other just had a pedicure. One friend kept getting cut during her pedicure. We moved over to our manicures and they were trying to get our friend, who just had a pedicure, to leave while she was chatting with us. Then they charged, my other friend $10 extra to have her cuticles removed when she was getting her manicure. I had never heard of that before. I was disappointed with my dip only because she really scuffed up my nails with the drill before starting the dip. That has never happened to me before. And I've had lots of dips. I have never been one to write a review however I am appalled by what I have been witnessing. My nail tech was amazing and did a great job on my nails however when I came in for my appointment a worker by the name of Tina was telling me that I was late, when in fact I was not, and was being completely rude towards me. Not only that but she was being rude to the workers as well. I really loved the salon it was very clean and had a lot of colors to chose from however Tina ruined my experience. As you can see in the photos, The first one is after they charged me 50$ for a FIX. The owner told me that it was my fault a nail broke because i didn't buff enough of my natural nail. Well, the second photo, ONLY 4 DAYS later, it broke after lightly hitting my shower door. And as you can tell, the buffing had NOTHING TO DO with it coming off. I used to go here and love getting my nails done. But this past time i went, I got this older lady. Not only did she make multiple comments about me biting my nails (which is a habit due to my anxiety) she said multiple things to the lady next to her who would STARE at me after she was done talking, and when i tipped her I tipped her about 18% (even though she deserves much less) I did not get a thank you. Not only was the service terrible, but a week later, 3 of my nails have fallen off. I have never had an experience this terrible. I will not be back, and do not recommend. She was a shorter lady with short darker hair. read more
