This place is really nice. I think this is the nicest nail salon that I've seen in this area. I had a manicure and pedicure done by a nice woman. The pedicure chairs were in excellent condition. I watched her clean the foot bath, line it with plastic, then clean it again when she was finished with me. The pedicure was very nice. She didn't over scrub my extra sensitive feet! I had a pedicure that included a leg massage and that was super nice! For my hands, I got the shellac manicure. She took her time to make sure my nails were painted well and they they cured for long enough. She put a lot of polish on these suckers so they should hold up for a bit! Everyone in the salon was very friendly. There is a sign in kiosk when you arrive and you can earn points towards discounts of services. I was really happy with this place! read more

I absolutely love this place, the staff, the work they do the beautiful salon it's all incredible. I initially came on a recommendation and now for the last year whenever I'm looking to have my nails done fabulously I don't hesitate to call and set an appointment with V or Van my favorites but everyone is amazing here! They listen and they take time to make sure you leave looking how you wanted. No matter what kind of design or shape, even non traditional ones, they always aim to please and I leave over the moon. I came here to get a gel manicure with some detail/design before a trip. their pictures online look pretty great, so I figured it was worth a try. i'd never gotten any design before really, and later noticed their IG is all one technician. the gentleman that I had did an okay job, he used nippers just for the sake of them sometimes, where my fingers didn't have any pushed back cuticles or "frayed" pieces of skin (know what I'm talking about? lol). this made my fingers pretty sore and agitated in the following days which wasn't comfortable. when I asked for the design, he seemed very unsure of himself. I wanted two fingers on each hand with a few little daisies. he called someone else over to see if they could do it, and they said they'd try. overall, my nails weren't terrible... they did the job, but not for how much I would've preferred to pay. - the shape wasn't consistent and i realize my nails were short when I came in, but as you can see, some are round or even close to oval, and some are a rounded square. I was never asked to look at the shape. - the design turned out fine, but wished another little half daisy was on my pointer. it looked asymmetrical to me. - many lifted on sides either not prepping well enough (i tend to have an oily nail bed) and the color or gel top coat going past my nail onto my skin. - I did have a chip because of this that night, and called back the next day to stop in, more urgently than not as I was leaving on a beach vaca and thought sand under those chips would not be good. I made an appointment when I stopped in, even though I had an appt, I was behind six people, which just wouldn't work for my day. I'd try this place again, but maybe for a dip manicure, and if I wanted art, maybe with V (Val). she seems incredibly talented! read more

I usually love getting my nails done here. I've said it was my favorite multiple times but today I was disappointed. There are visible streak marks in many of my nails as well as a hair caught under one. The clear coat is lifting up on the edges instead of being flat to my nail and when I mentioned that the Polish might be too thick she said it was fine how it was. The shape is also inconsistent..I guess it depends which nail tech you get because I have loved my service here before which is why I gave 3 stars. read more

I felt so welcome. This was my first time coming here, I had my old acrylics removed, I was asked if I felt burning or if anything hurt. I really appreciated this because my nail salon I used to always go to never asked about that and I always left with my cuticles bleeding. Which, this place didn't do my cuticles because they didn't need to be done, it's nice when your nail tech knows the difference. He took his time getting my nails completely like the picture I asked for. I appreciated it and left a nice tip. These people really care about what you want and not about the amount of people they do nails for. I will be going back. read more

I went the first time, got dip gel on and a pedicure. The pedicure was nothing spectacular but no real issues. The nail dip was a terrible experience. They were done very sloppy (I had just moved to the area and was used to Saline- Cani Nails- salons whom take care to do them well). She rushed through it and did them so thin I knew it wasn't great but I thought well it will probably be fine, maybe they just do them like that here. Got home, 5 hours later one of them started peeling. Two days in and three of them were lifting and peeling like they had a hot candle by them. It was strange. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and went back one more time. This experience was worse. It was a clearly an inexperienced tech so as he made mistakes I pointed them out, nicely. He made feeble attempts to fix, but not actually fixing. One layer of dip, and literal hairs stuck in them. I said something but nothing was really done. I tried to voice the issues but the 'main guy' was watching and I could tell by his face he knew it was bad but he made no attempt to help correct or offer a discount. They ALL ten lifted the next day. I went back to saline Cani Nails to get them fixed. No more chances. I was upfront about the issues and was very kind and understanding and I still left with a bad product. Not recommended. read more

My sister and I went two weeks ago and both women did a great job on our nails so we made another appointment. My sister had hers done today and again turned out great. I had mine done by the gentlemen that sits at the first table and takes all the calls. I didn't realize until I walked out and looked at my nails how awful they were. They are completely uneven. This place is a joke. I went a couple of times had one girl I liked last summer. I work at the school where I'm not allowed to have polish or artificial nails so I don't get my nails done most of the year, just pedicures. I called and asked for a couple of girls I had before...they no longer work there. The CLOWN that answered the phone said if I came back more often maybe they would still be there. Are you kidding me??? I've worked in the beauty industry for years and we would never say that to a client or customer. I will never step foot in your spa again. I have taken my business to M Nail salon and they're much better and professional! I heard they were the previous owners of this location...too bad they sold it! read more

My favorite thing about this nail salon is that it opens at 9:30 AM. I don't work a typical 9-5 so I can never get my nails done after work. But I love being able to have the whole place almost to myself at 9:30 in the morning, especially in the middle of a pandemic. read more

Been to this shop twice both times the boss/owner was very unprofessional and Rude! My first visit him and his wife argued and yelled at one another for almost 20 minutes. My second visit he was trying to send me to another tech when I made my appointment with him. I really felt as though he overcharged me both times, the first time he charged $85 for a soak off, full set and 2 deigns, second time he charged me 50 for a fill-in when the price list stated the cost was $40. Lastly I was on a important phone call taking in a low tone and was told I had to end the call in a very annoyed and rude tone. Although I liked my nails both times I will not be returning to a business that's overcharging, rude and disrespectful! read more

I called three hours in advance to make an appointment and they told me I was good to come on in at 6pm. I get there and have to wait 30 minutes, ended up just walking out. This is my go to place for pedicures and gel manicures. Even after 3 weeks, the gel has not lifted at all. I only go back for a new one due to nail growth. Staff are all very friendly and do a great job. Very clean, uses plastic liners in pedi baths, and excellent about using gloves and equipment for sealed sterile kist. Always leave happy. read more

Every time I come in with an appointment made, I end up waiting 30 mins at least. They've even taken walk-ins before they take me, after I've been sitting there for some time! I've seen multiple nail techs and each one has been very rough with my cuticles, to the point where I end up visibly bleeding every time. Honestly not impressed. They rushed me in and out. The guy who did my nails messed them up and after arguing that they should look like that he finally agreed and apologized after trying to get me to pay for a bad job. They fixed my nails but didn't finish them before sending me out. They look AWFUL. I got dip and they weren't shaped, he never took off the excess under my nail, and the polish didn't even reach the edge of my nails. I went to a different salon a week after and the tech who did them was appalled at the awful job I had done. And they automatically charged me $5 for a tip I didn't want to give. Don't go here! Oh and they force you to give out your phone number! I didn't even keep a picture of my nails they were so trash. I wish I could give 0 stars. read more

Terrible experience. Workers were extremely rude and were fighting with me because my nails were crooked. Would not recommend.
