This place should be shut down.

The nail tech put blue liquid on my hands to try to get the bleeding to stop. I said "that really burns" and "ouch" and was ignored. Blood got on the file being used.Blood was smearing into the polish and brush. My nails look awful. I spoke up before payment and was bulldozed, ignored. Check out my full Google review for the entire story.

One layer already peeling less than a day and a half later.

Worst Mani/Pedi I've ever had. I should have walked out when he kept trying to force my feet in the cold water even though I told him it was too cold. It was my daughter's birthday so I was doing my best to suck it up. Five bleeds later and one he was done he pulled out a dropper and put it right to my blood (and the sheer thought of how many others he's done that with made me cringe). When I went to pay I was told that the $20 upgrade to shellac was for EACH (hands and feet) not both. This is my first time upgrading and this is what it got me. My nails were "done" about 30 hours ago. Bumpy everywhere, cuticles not done and painted and cured polish in the beds of my nails. It would have been more enjoyable to wipe my butt with the $85 dollars.

Please read!!!! I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I just can't. The first time I went in to get acrylics the woman did a sub par job and basically glued underneath all my nails to my fingers. But what happened after this is why I will never step foot in this establishment again. When I returned the second time to get a "fill" for my nails the same woman who did my nails the first time was who I got stuck with. As she was looking at my nails she asked me where I got them done before because they did not look good but I didn't have the heart to tell her that it was HER who did them. So instead of giving me the fill I requested, this woman took off all my nails, replaced the acrylics on four separate fingers and leaving the rest natural, started to do the powder dip on my nails. Fast forward to the end of the session, my nails were completely uneven, different sizes, shapes and lengths. After asking her to fix them up TWICE! I gave up and decided to just cash out and leave. This second trip I was charged $40 when all I asked for walking in was a FILL. I walked out utterly upset and the picture should explain it all. They looked HORRIBLE. Now I'm not one to post reviews but when you walk out of a nail salon and have to go home and fix every single one of the nails that you had to pay $40 for, I think a bad review is the nicest way I could've handled this situation.

I should have paid attention to other reviews on here, but a friend told me she comes here all the time and has never had a bad experience, so I decided to give it a shot. Don't bother making an appointment, because I did and they still made me wait until they were done with whatever clients happened to walk in before my appointment time since their goal is to cram in as much business as they can in a day, not give good service to the clients. So after waiting for 15 minutes past our appointment time, my daughter and I sit down for our pedicures and they still have my daughter waiting with her feet soaking until mine is half done before they started hers. Funny enough even though mine started about 15 minutes before hers did, they were done with our pedicures at the same time. In other words, they didn't bother to take as much time with my daughters as they did mine. My daughter is grown, not a little girl, so there's no reason they shouldn't give her the same treatment they gave me, especially since they charged the same for both of our pedicures. Moving on to our manicures... I brought my daughter to get a mani-pedi with me to spend time together and they wouldn't sit us on the same side of the place - we were in separate rooms! I asked if they could sit us together since we came to spend time together and they shot me down. I decided on the powder dip, since I had done that before and thought it was better on my nails than the shellac usually is... worst manicure ever. Not only was it just a terrible job with coverage (see pics), but she got the color all over my finger tips and when I said something about it in the end, she literally cut the ends of my fingers raw with the cuticle trimmers to remove the stray polish. I've also never had so many hangnails after a manicure before... she tore my fingers up! $165 later I walked out not very happy with any of it. This powder dip job that is supposed to last close to 2 weeks (my last one did that I got at a different salon) lasted about 2 days before it started chipping... total waste of money.

Thank you David - powder color!

Open Sundays and offers a variety of services including manicures and pedicures. I tried the powder color today and it looks great! They are a bit expensive, $40 for standard color change. Thanks David :)

Never will be coming back here. I spent 30 dollars on nails that look horrible and rude service. I started off with older gentlemen and ended up with a girl who was in high school who was "training". I called at 7 asking if I came in would be be able to give me acrylics and they said yes. I called first knowing they close at 8. They rushed through everything and by 7:30 they were putting on their jackets and turning off the lights when I was still getting my nails done. They didn't even let me dry my nails! They left glue all over my fingers as well, and no where near the shape I asked. I called back the next day and asked if they could fix it and when I came in the high school girl was the one who was "fixing" them. She was so rude about it, she picked a totaled different color that they put on my nails yesterday, didn't even take the old color off and just painted over them.

I always get good service and am happy with the results of my mani pedis. And I enjoy the massage chairs while I'm getting pedicures.

I went to Happy Nails in Brighton for a basic French pedicure and was there from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM…read moreand it ended up being the worst nail experience I've ever had. The first tech who started on me seemed unsure when I asked for a simple French pedicure with white tips and even asked another worker if he could do it. He told me to pick a color (which is unusual for a French), so I chose a pale pink. He did the massage but did not do any trimming or shaping at all. Then an older man came over and immediately started painting. I tried explaining that nothing had been trimmed or shaped and that they had skipped that step. He kept painting until I finally said, "Please stop there's been no filing or trimming." He then stopped, removed the gel he had already applied, and walked away. After that, a woman stepped in. She filed and shaped some and then reapplied the gel. But even after that, they still hadn't shaped enough, because she ended up filing again AFTER the gel was on, which filed the paint right off the tips and actually exposed my toenails. At that point it felt like they were repeating steps over and over instead of doing them correctly the first time. On top of that the color she picked out as my base code when I explain like a cream or nude color is a tan brown color. It's awful who would choose this color manicure?? I wish I would've asked them to stop. On top of all that, the water was freezing. I told them multiple times that it was cold, and they didn't switch it or adjust anything. The towel they used was dirty, soaking wet, it was extremely uncomfortable. The color they used was a tan/brown base instead of the natural French look it took way too long to explain what I wanted. I even showed picture of the lady explained they do this all the time, but they had a very difficult time figuring out what colors to use for a French manicure. It was super confusing to me. To top it off-one of my toes was cut and bleeding. For what I received, this pedicure looked like something that should've cost maybe $30 but I was charged $70, and I still tipped because I try to be kind and respect that people work for a living. I left disappointed, embarrassed, and I will not be returning

Felt very pampered. The woman who did my manipedi was very kind and talented! It was a relaxing…read morefacility
